Went to Ernest Jones in Slough to have the bracelet of my two Tissot watches adjusted. The two ladies there were very friendly and helpful. I wanted the adjustments done different from the standard way, the clasp more central which apparently is unusual, but after some discussion they did it exactly as I wanted. I have dealt with them before, and they are always very friendly and competent. Top Marks!

Friendly Store
I enjoy browsing and eventually buying jewellry in the Slough branch. I have purchased several items already for myself and my daughters. I have also purchased presents for my 4 nieces supposed to take back on holiday last December but did not happen due to the pandemic. Staff are accomodating, spends time talking to customers asking what they are looking for, offering options available. Alsonpayment options offered which i have availed of which allowed me to have bigger purchase.
