The assistant was kind, patient and helpful. My only reason for giving four stars and not five, was that I spent more than I intended! I will certainly shop there again.

Wedding band ruined
Brought my wedding band for cleaning. My wife’s band was replated. Mine was originally textured. Unfortunately, despite promising that if it couldn’t be done in mine, they would call, they went ahead anyway. Now it’s a matte finish, boring, essentially ruined. What a waste. The women in store are perfectly friendly, but whomever was trusted to do the work should have called instead of ruining my ring. Gutted…

Really disappointed as was a gift for…
Really disappointed as was a gift for mothers day and arrived 2 days late- not what was expected for the price I paid.
