DO NOT ORDERD FROM ERYIE. I’ve had the same experience as the other reviewers. Order 3 dresses totaling $117- they offered a $38 refund. Their website states if there is an issue with the quality of the clothes, they will issue a refund. There is no mention of “partial refunds”. The dresses are horrible quality and do not look like the pictures.

It took several weeks just to get one dress, but when I simply emailed and asked for a rush order pls…

They delivered quickly for me.

This company is just a phishing scam. Don’t buy anything. I was charged twice and had to report fraud!!!!!

Actually, the rating is zero stars. They are not worth even 1 star.
I purchased 4 tops for $115.00 including shipping.
Three tops arrived, one they cannot locate the material. All of the tops received do not fit.
I requested a return and refund. They indicated I can keep the tops and receive $30 refund. What? I indicated a full refund is required and I will return the new tops. They offered $55. This is not a negotiation.
Do Not purchase from this online rip off.

When I received the dress I found it to be too small. Eryie offered too replace it. They were very accommodating and helpful. My experience was very pleasant. I will most likely order from Eryie again.

The products were exactly as expected and were delivered in a good timeframe.

I wanted to return an item that doesn’t fit me. They said I could keep the item and they would give me $14 back on a $56 item. RUN!

I did some research here before I ordered a sweater from this company, but because I kept seeing it and I really liked it, I bought it. I should’ve listened to my instincts. The sweater colors were different, and the design was different as well. Plus, they sewed the seams on the shoulders so the design strip was mismatched from the chest area. I’ve asked for a refund, let’s see if they reply.

Update: I disputed the charge through PayPal because they did not send me the sweater that was represented in the picture. They finally answered my dispute and said they would give me $12 refund out of the 60 that I paid for the sweater. I refused, and and asked for a full refund. We will see what happens.

The quality of the clothes is really bad considering they're not super cheap. Also their return policy is ridiculous. They try to negotiate with you back and forth to not return your money.

My 2nd and third sweater purchases from Ernyie. A bit skeptical to purchase from a Facebook ad but I really liked the product and the price is great. Ordered a large b/c I like my sweaters big, tough not too big fits perfectly. Delivery took about 3 weeks which I thought was long but receiving lots of compliments so I'm happy!!!

All three items I ordered arrived quickly and are a perfect fit. The quality is excellent. I am wearing one of the sweaters as I type this. It is flattering and warm.
Highly recommend.

The shirt is cute. I would give this 5 stars but there isn’t any tag telling me what material it’s made of, or how to launder it, so I don’t know if it can be washed or needs to be dry cleaned.

This company is fraudulent.
The image of the sweater I ordered is not what I received. I got a dupe/fake version.

When I researched the photo from the eyrie website, it popped up as a sewing pattern on Ravelry knitting website and all the images from the item I ordered were taken from this site and used on Eyrie.com.

Eyrie claims their items are USA made. They are not. They are shipped from China.

I ordered three sweaters. They took longer than expected to ship, but they are all good quality and very comfortable. The colors on one of them look slightly different than the photos of it on the website, but I still like it and will keep it. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would order again.

The products are great. I ordered jumpers which are very soft and feel good quality. It would have been nice to have more info on delivery times/notification of when they were on their way.

I absolutely love the jacket I got - quality seems great and I received a lot of compliments when I wore it. It did take almost one month to get to me. I had to reach out to the company a few times to find out what was going on. If you're not in a hurry for the jacket, it's worth it. If you're ordering it for something you had in mind before a month - probably ought to find somewhere else to buy.
