Escentric Molecules Avis 

I have been loving on Molecule 01 for over a decade, smelling it on others. I finally took the plunge and bought the exact one for myself but not only can I not smell it (which I understand is quite common), neither can those around me! Ughhh.

Shipping was spot on. Packaging was lovely; and products smelled amazing as always. I have a few different bottles, and obsessed with my new addition to my collection; the travel size spray bottle. I highly recommend.😊

The perfume leaked and the package was all soaked. The lid is somehow also broken. Definitely something that went wrong there. Loving the smell tho!

Had a minor issue with my order (on my end) and reached out for customer support for help. They were very quick to reply and fix the issue (and they even sent me some more free samples!). Their products are also pretty solid as well, molecule 01 has been my go to for years. S/o to Dan!

Headline: €150 for scented water. Worst customer service ever.
Review: I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with both the product and the brand's customer service. I purchased a 100ml bottle of Molecule 02 from an authorized retailer for €150. While the official sample I tried was great, the full bottle contains absolutely no scent—it is literally like spraying plain water.After checking the batch code (WME22185-37), I discovered the product was manufactured on April 15, 2022. It has been sitting in storage for over 4 years before being sold, which clearly ruined the fragrance formulation. Despite this, nobody from the brand—including Dan from customer service—bothered to check if the batch was defective. They simply ignored my complaints and hid behind generic excuses about "molecular fragrances."A supposedly high-end brand should never treat loyal customers this way. They just took my €150 and left me with a useless bottle of water. I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying from Escentric Molecules. They are not a real luxury house. Save your money and stick to true luxury brands that actually value their customers and guarantee the quality of their products.

Very dissapointed in the perfume. Loved it after a friend wore it. I got a bottle as a Christmas gift and there is no smell. I even purchased the body lotion to see if that would help. Customer service advised me that The Molecule 01 fragrance is radically minimalist, and it contains no odorants except the aroma-molecule, Iso E Super, pure and singular. Hannah recommended I tried the Escentric range. Surely, she could have send some samples. That way I could have an idea if this one is more suitable. As it is not a cheap perfume brand.

Recently bought Molecule 01 and Molecule 02 online. I had both for them for long time ago and I was super happy with them.

The new batch which arrived is completely different, you can't smell the perfume at all. Just smells of alcohol. I still have leftover in my old bottles,I can smell it every time I spray. Try to resolve the issue with the customer service and they tell me is my nose/brain. No! It's not true I ha e comparison in front of me. No resolution provided, very slow to respond. Very frustrating expirience after paying premium price. Avoid
