ESI Controls has been absolutely top-notch in supporting me for a few years now in my various problems with the CH boiler programmer, and the room thermostat. The majority of my difficulties have been home grown, i.e. I am in my mid-80s, and registered Blind (Severely Visually Impaired) so presumably need a lot more help than most users.
I have been fortunate to get the help of Emlyn throughout, and his patience and attention to detail in promptly providing step-by-step instructions where necessary has been invaluable.

We had a WiFi thermostat from here and we were guided in how to set it up and to pair it to our phone for remote use by Rowan & Emlyn with patience. understanding and knowledge. Excellent company. Easy to contact and fast response. 5*

We have dealt with the brand for a number of years and they have been really helpful whilst having a really good range of products. They are continually looking to upgrade ranges but keep the prices competitive at the same time.

I cannot fault ESI controls at all, from reliability to the cost. Steven Nicolson from ESI has been a massive help with advice and guidance.

Really good controls, work in social housing and the tenants love them, not over complicated and do what they say straight out the box, Win Win, Steven Nicholson scotland rep is always really supportive also.

I can comment on the controllers as I havent used them, but I have fitted a few motorised valves.

I have been using ESI products for a number of years now and I have to say for the price they are brilliant. Easy to use and fit and customer friendly operation making them my go to stat of choice. In recent years the customer service has been lacking slightly but I have two new representatives in my area called Joe and Dave and they are a breath of fresh air.
