Purchased even after seeing constant comments on their Instagram about them not shipping. I’ve bought from them in the past a few times and only once did it go smoothly. This last time though, they shipped one of the three items I purchased. They said they’d send the others then they said they were “sold out” but kept the sizes on the website even after the fact.
I opened up a charge back, I wasn’t even going to try and deal with them. Their responses were WEEKS apart.
Ended up getting a refund thanks to my bank. I’d say to anyone ordering if you haven’t even heard from them for 2 weeks, do a chargeback with your bank. The quality of the one item I got wasn’t even worth it. Long gone is the quality that ESTNLS started out as.

I stopped following him about 2 years ago I looked at his website the other day and laughed his prices have gone down in certain areas but it all looks the same. Honestly go buy at H&M if you're interested in his stuff you'll find it there for a lot cheaper and probably equal to better quality. There are creators out there that do make quality products, do your research and choose them, not Jose.
Dont buy from them. I returned my order three months ago (September) and still have not received a refund. I have sent the company multiple emails and still have not received a response. I will tell others not to buy from here unless they refund me like they should. Order #175394
I got my order a month later and i paid for 2 day shipping. When i get the order im missing an item. I checked the receipt and on the item i was missing a very nice employee wrote in pen refund and a arrow pointing at the item. It has now been 3 months and i have not received my refund the polo cost 75 dollars. Ive sent multiple emails and zero responses
Bought the beige Cardigan when that dropped a couple months ago. Paid $90 for it on Dec. 29th and still haven’t received it. Its status changed to shipped as of Jan. 10th but hasn’t changed since then (it’s the 29th now). I tried emailing them and haven’t received a response, even reached out to the company Instagram. Nothing. Spend your money elsewhere.
my order of 3 items was missing 1 item. it was clearly sent without the intent of it ever being sent since the packaging it had arrived in could barely fit the two. I have reached out to customer support multiple time over the past week and have yet to hear anything back. not sure if anyone actually works there at this point.
update: was finally able to get a response after 1.5 weeks. clothes are comfortable and fit well but the lack of support still would make me hesitant from ordering again.

They charged me for a polo I never received. I tried contacting their customer service team several times however I never received any feedback . Usually I would ask for the missing product however fedex would be charging too much for any international parcels . A 70$ usd polo will end up being a 180$usd polo. It’s only worth it when you have several products in the order. But Esntls customer service is no where to be seen for customer help. All I’m asking is for a 70$ usd refund. Also this was ordered during their Black Friday sale and received it in 4 weeks after . Bare minimum I expect is all my products in the box or a refund for the missing products. I would highly recommend to save your money and go somewhere else where it’s more appreciated and where you are valued. Because clearly with these ratings you aren’t.
Ordered the Heavy Weight Sweats that took 2 weeks to arrive only for them to send me a hoodie instead of lesser value. Now once the exchange is complete once I finally get a hold of them , the sweats will be arriving too late

These folks are crooks! I ordered the Portaboost from them. It was supposed to be delivered in 10 days, and arrived 2 months later! And it wasn’t even the product that I purchased! All of my communications with them (when they actually responded) were full of reassurances, which were obviously lies. Do not trust them. Do not trust that they even are able to get the product that they sell you. Do not believe they will refund anything. They are crooks.
This company is a huge fraud!
I have ordered the Portaboost on 8th of July and now on the 17th of October still nothing. I have send numerous mails (approx. 7) to cancel the order. They send me track and trace which is the same status as of 26th of august!
So if anybody says it is a perfect company and no problems it is possible an employee of the company itself. I have written of the loss and will continue with positive things in life. I guess this is how they earn their money.

12 days after I placed the order the item have not even yet been shipped and customer service won't reply. I have not recieved an explanation, a receipt of my purchase (just an order confirmation), nor a refund. Feels absolutely fooled.
WORST COMPANY EVER !! Do not buy with them. After 9 days of waiting, they tell me they didn't even receive the backpack yet. They sell product they don't have in stock. I ask for a refund. Mr.Zuniga have a great talent for marketing, but it's a big zero for business management.

All of these comments I read here are I think Spam. After spending almost $500 with them ( from the past 3 drops). Received the parcel within 2 days plus fit perfectly. I'm 5'11 and prefer small. I've bought loads products and never experienced any issues with the company or fulfillment
I've gotten a few compliments (particularly with the Black Bamboo Tee and Black Henley) because of the great fit and overall design
However, the actual quality of the clothes is questionable with messy stitching, easily ripped materials and clothes that degrade quite quickly after a few washes despite following the correct care instructions
Import fees are something to watch for if you're not in the US!
What's stopping me from giving 5 stars is the quality of the clothes, which needs to improve in future drops
