This is the 3rd time I've ordered and…
This is the 3rd time I've ordered and out of 3 times , this is the 2nd I've had terrible service from the advisor. I ordered a gift ,wasn't advised it would be coming in 2 orders days apart. I contacted customer service, they weren't helpful, eventually apparently got a supervisor who was going to stop the 2nd part of the order coming out and refund it. Guess what she didn't bother. U explained that order was no good I was going away on holiday just back and I go to return the order , only to discover it will cost me money to send back and order that espa messed up. I've had it with this company , I thought after the 1st problem was eventually sorted and I had no issues with the 2nd order that all would be good. How wrong I was. Save your money go else where , this is truly awful customer service and product had damage. Hi Sam the reply you seen form customer service was for another issue. This one was not resolved

Products are so good
Skin has been feeling dehydrated. Ordered the cica cleansing balm. It melts in my skin and gives a deep cleanse. Making my skin soft either a healthy glow. Can’t live without this product
