After a shaky start with delivery dates - dealt with very professionally by Ben and Louis, we picked up our shiny new E20.x bikes last week.

The bikes are great, well built and with quality components and it was nice to be able to buy from a UK based manufacturer rather than an overseas one with a Uk badged website.

Looking forward to many adventures on our bikes as we take them out and about in our camper van.

Delivered when they said it would. Item well made with durable material for any weather whilst cycling.

It's been 2 weeks since my Estarli 28.X 3 speed was delivered and in 20 miles it has been a joy to ride.

In Cobalt blue with the cross bar frame and front suspension forks it is a good looking bike. It's a big bike, I'm 5 ft 10" and had to put the saddle stem down a fair bit. To ride it's very smooth changing gear at 10miph and 14 mph the assist drops off gradually between 15.5 and 16 mph. I find I ride around in lvl 2 all the time at 15mph except down hill where the weight of the bike easily gets the bike over 20 mph without any input, the brakes are brilliant and more than capable of stopping the bike at any speed.
The bike is well worth the money which isn't cheap but it looks the money.
Anything I would change? Yes the pedals for a pair with ball races in. Also as there could be more documentation either paper or digital as the bike has different components to the one in the unboxing and setup video, such as the new adjustable handle bar stem.
Ordering was a dream and other than the delivery being a couple of days later than estimated was great. It's wonderful to be able to buy a bike made in Britain in the knowledge there is somewhere to go for help if needed.

Great product. Disappointed in that I had to chase for information for delivery a delivery date.

A great bike. Nearly 1 year of ownership & we are about to hit 1k miles - our daughter loves it for the school run & is actually quicker than driving…
Only the kickstand appears a little lose now the rest of the bike is solid - very happy we invested in one

Great bike and great service

We looked for some folding e-bikes to fit in our Motorhome, and narrowed it down to 2 brands.
Having joined a Motorhome club, we found some handy free gifts with Estarli, and ordered 2 bikes.
They were delivered quickly and were very easy to get them rideable.
We’ve used them a few times now, and they are an excellent bike, and pretty much perfect to stick in the Garage.

Order a charger took nearly 3 months to come and about 3-4 phone calls to get it sorted

I had been looking at e-cargo bikes for our school run and local business trips, and with a restricted budget I was comparing this brand with Mycle. I sent the spec to my knowledgeable brother, and he immediately said the Estarli was far superior.

I then went to a local bike show to see the bikes in person and try one on a steep slope with an adult on the back. It was easy, stable, and very manoeuvrable.

I bought one the next day with cage and Urban Iki seats. Two years later, we have adapted the bike to suit our needs, with a Wham box on the front and the new gated cage and cocoon on the back. I’m now looking forward to replacing the Urban Iki seats with a long bench to accommodate older children and adults.

This really is a future-proof bike, and I think this British company is future-proof too. With a local bike store as supplier, I’m confident we can keep tweaking the bike as our needs change.

Over the past two years, I’ve only needed customer service once, and they were outstanding. I haven’t needed to maintain the bike either, though I may give it a little treat before a summer of adventure.

I highly recommend both the bike and the brand.

Bike arrived as ordered but missing the range extender . It was promised on several occasions but did not arrive. Finally received it without the bracket for the wire to the seat post . Still hoping this arrives soon.
