I bought Light Duty Drawer Runners to repair some old furniture and I don't know how old it is. The runners were not only a perfect fit, but an improvement as they had ball bearing slides, whereas the old ones did not. The website has a huge range of parts that are well described.

Heavy duty roller bearing slides, great quality.
Great product. High quality. Used a pair of heavy duty ball bearing slides to mount a bookcase as a hidden door. Has worked brilliantly. Very happy with the slides. Fast delivery, good price.

We appreciate the feedback, unfortunately as your order was placed after our cut off point on Thursday, we would not have processed your order until the following day and as we do not have a weekend service your parcel should have been with you yesterday. However, I can see that FedEx have delayed your parcel but have not supplied a reason as to why, so we have contacted them on your behalf for an update. We are unable to locate your complaint to our sales team but if you contact them via sales@eurofitsystems.com they will respond to you within 24 hours and can provide your tracking information if FedEx have not done so.

Thank you for your feedback, I can see your parcel left our warehouse on time but there was a delay on the couriers end, unfortunately there has been no reason given as to why. I have submitted a complaints form to the courier and hopefully we can get an explanation. We apologies for the delay and are glad you did receive your parcel in the end.
