Great company, great products, and great prices. They've always been great with customer service, even when I had something stolen from a local UPS distribution center. The battery was dead
The battery was dead. This was a new item and Trijicon products are not cheap. EuroOptic customer service responded right away and offered to replace the item. I opted to keep it and replace the battery myself this one is on Trijicon for QC.

We’re sorry the included battery was dead. As we explained when you contacted us, these optics come to us brand new from the manufacturer, but the production date and lifespan of the included battery can vary. We offered to replace the optic if you were unable to easily replace the battery, or you could file a warranty claim directly with Trijicon. We’re always happy to help resolve issues like this when you reach out.
