I’d been looking for a Ford Kuga and saw one online so went to see Trevor at Evans halshaw and got very good service from him and very helpful.
He got the car sent to the Rotherham branch as it was at Milton Keynes.
Loved the car when we saw it so went through the changeover as mine was taken part exchange and happy with the price I got for my Kuga.

Bought a car from Evans Halshaw, overall experience was first class, dealt with Trev Greenfield, there was a couple of issues that needed clarification and these were sorted quickly and comprehensively , overall service was great and a pleasurable experience. The service department and car prep was superb. Would buy from the Rotherham branch again.

Cannot recommend Trevor Greenfield enough, he looked after my 85 year old father from start to finish, he was patient and explained everything at least twice even when my dads hearing aid wasn’t working! Very professional and polite we will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

James came out while I was first looking at second hand cars and asked if there was any particular I was looking for and to let him know if I had any questions. He did not pester me and allowed me to look round the cars to consider my options. Where me or my parents had queries on any of vehicles conditions or history he was happy to answer!
Once I had narrowed down the cars I liked, he showed me my finance options and explained all of the optional extras I could add. James made sure I understood all of the costs and I never felt pressured into paying for something I didn’t feel I needed.
Overall James was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my first car!
