That I was rang whilst waiting in the coffee area when the service desk was a few metres away and lack of peace of mind as to if the work on the minor service was carried out or just an health check only.

Poor service over charging and wrong diagnosis
Poor service
Unable to properly diagnose faults even with diagnostics machine
Charged me over £1500 fir work that didn’t sort the problem
Anyway then wanted to charge me another £2500 fir further work
Went to a small local garage who diagnosed and sorted the fault for £120.

Appalling Service
I booked my car for 0830 a waiting appointment.
You claimed I hadn't and I was a drop in
You didn't start my car until after 11am, it was booked for 0830. You sent an apopointment for 0850. Which was a different time to what you told me over the phone.
You threatened to impound my car for non payment of bill when you were unable to take the actual payment from me. At this point I would have called the police to have your employees arrested for witholding my property from me. However you then found out that you were sending the bill payment to someoone else other than me at which popint I was able to make the payment. In fact I didnt receive the invoice until someone corrected your error,
My car was dirty inside after the work was completed and you made no effort to vaccuum it before i drove away.
I wont be returning for anymore work at your company without a police escort or a bailiff to remove goods to cover any loss I incur.
