I’m extremely disappointed with the after‑sales service from Evans Halshaw. We purchased a van (HG22 BKL) in April with a three‑month warranty, and shortly afterward we discovered an oil leak. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, they repeatedly delayed the appointment until the warranty period had conveniently expired.
When we finally brought the van in, they claimed to have found additional issues, carried out repairs, and charged us—yet they never provided a full or clear report of the work they said they completed. Because of that, we still don’t know what was actually done.
Not long after, the van broke down again. Despite multiple chasers, it took them five days just to provide a repair quote. The problem was identified as an oil filter change—something that should have been dealt with when we originally reported the oil leak months earlier.
We also reached out to the original salesperson for support, but emails were completely ignored.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating, costly, and far below the standard we expected. The lack of transparency, delayed responses, and avoidance of responsibility make it very difficult to trust their after‑sales support.
