Excellent customer service from everybody
Tony took the time to get to understand my needs fully and went to great lengths to let me see multiple cars and different specifications so i could make a suitable choice for what i needed. Tony then spent the time and effort to find the correct car at the right price and sorted everything out for us, whilst also making the effort to have a friendly laugh with me.

The Service Team were very helpful
The Service Team were very helpful. The issues with my vehicle were more complicated than expected and the team assisted with a keeping me mobile throughout. My only complaint would be more responsive phone answering. I spent far to long time waiting for phones to be answered.

The lady who managed my MOT was so approachable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. My car was completed, communication was excellent and my car was lovely and clean on collection. Thank you for your professional, friendly service.

Poor customer service all round from call handling on hold for 30 mins plus, reception ignoring me for 5 minutes before acknowledging me. Had to book car back in on the same day after getting the car back and first appointment was 2 weeks later.
