Not good enough!!
Customers should expect a reasonable level of service and the service centre should be ready to carry out the work at the agreed time of the appointment. Not having the parts on site at the required time having booked it in six days before is not good enough. People make other arrangements around these appointments and should not be left waiting around or worse still sent away to come back later. The only reason I gave it two stars was that up to an issue with a replacement tyre, the customer experience had been OK! In summary, they want the sale but after sales service a lot to be desired!!

never in my life have i experienced what i experienced today trust me take someone who knows what there doing seems this lot will sell you all the extas more than what they want to sell the car wont do any deals just sell sell sell thats your job i get it (warranty £595.00 for one year (£895.00 3yr salesman even said not likely to break down in first year well why so expensive ? asked the salesman outside after walking out he said £495.00 went back inside his manager said £595.00 just had enough by then no more evans halshaw

Vehicle Damage
Great communication before and post service including a video.
However on returning home after collecting my car I’ve found damage to the body work. I’ve called twice today and was promised a call back from the service manager and am still waiting 🙁

Think Twice Before Buying a Car Here
From the day my car broke down to the day it was finally repaired, I was without my vehicle for 10 weeks.
The car spent 5 weeks at the recovery company's yard before it was even diagnosed, followed by another 5 weeks waiting for repairs.
The dealership clearly lacks enough qualified technicians, and the repair waiting times are unacceptable. Communication with the service department was extremely poor—they rarely answered the phone, and I was repeatedly given misleading information. I felt I was not being told the truth throughout the process.
I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership or using their service department.

The car was battered. Wouldn't even give them half the price
Drove an hour to view a relatively new grey 2008gt. The car was absolutely battered when we got there. Damage to virtually every panel. Interior was worn out and drivers seat ripped. Absolute waste of my time. Went to buy this cash, I'll be spending this elsewhere. Couldn't even get the attention of a salesman. Go elsewhere.
