Awful customer service…
I bought a JAECOO 7 just over a year ago from the dealership in Hull owned at the time by Hatfields. Evans Halshaw apparently took over the dealership soon after but there was no attempt to inform customers. After sales service has been shocking. The service dept never answer the phone and on the two occasions when I’ve managed to get through to reception, they say they will pass on a message and the service dept will get in touch. They never do. On one occasion when my car was in for an update, the only member of staff in the showroom was a lovely cleaner who made me a coffee. I have spent the past week trying to make contact about a potentially serious issue with my car. I have phoned many times and used the live chat on the main dealer website but to no avail. Tomorrow I will go into the garage to see if I can find any staff members. As the phone continually diverts to different numbers and no one answers either there are no staff or they can’t be bothered to answer the phone. I am seriously considering getting rid of the car and finding a dealership who looks after their customers.

Service and MOT a little confused and confidence in EH a little eroded
Health check video poor and only focused on tyres and brakes, previous health checks had been thorough and high quality.
Confused on what vauxhall service plan actually covers and what extra we must pay for.
Confused over what work was actually done.
Had problems with car after buying from EH 1 year ago, yes they fixed but had previously tried to charge for the repair, vehicle had full service history and last serviced by EH but now want over £1200 to fix.
Wet belt was fine 1000 miles ago now needed changing, was this due to age or deterioration?
Cost of wet belt replacement was acceptable but took less time than was quoted, has it been done correctly?
A little loss in confidence in EH

Great service as always, Vicky and the team are always happy to help. I needed a loan car to at short notice which Sean the Head Of Business arranged for me. My car was serviced, it had a vehicle recall. When I arrived to collect my car it had been cleaned as well. Fantastic.
