Need to provide proof of insurance for water company

we are insurance agency and try to help customer to provide proof of insurance, but they keep reject it without provide an explanation, there is no way to contact a real person. the customer support email is useless, and no phone number to call.

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. They will tell you what you want to hear and when it doesnt work and you cancel the terms are different than what they told you, and then they'll blame you for not reading it, when going over it with them they lie. Customer service is all fake ones you are in the door, constant upsell.

for some reason Airbnb uses them for document verification.... but they simply WON'T DO IT. they don't review any of the information, just reject everything, don't answer any questions, don't comment on any explanation... I follow the instruction with their stupid forms exactly as they say, and I get the same message back over and over for months on end... terrible

Mau demais para ser verdade!

Diria apenas que, os responsáveis pelas verificações de documentos, ou não percebem patavina do que estão a fazer, ou têm problemas cognitivos. A outra possibilidade é serem uns perfeitos incompetentes. Já perdi a conta à quantidade de vezes que fiz o upload dos documentos que são exigidos pelo Airbnb, da quantidade de vezes que reclamei e o resultado é sempre o mesmo! Um bando de imbecis que não sabe o que faz.

So many errors

I am an Airbnb Experience host and they have been working with Evident to verify licensing requirements. I am in complete compliance and have all the required documentation, however Evident repeatedly has rejected my submissions due to errors within their system. They ask for the wrong documents or say my name is wrong, however all are correct. They have a pointless escalation form that never resolves any issue. I have had to contact the Airbnb support team multiple times and it's a loop that goes nowhere. Their technology is clearly not ready for the real world and as a small business owner it is beyond frustrating to waste so much time for a simple document verification.

Not surprised to see all the negative…

Not surprised to see all the negative reviews everywhere. I’ve been trying to complete Google’s “Featured Professionals” verification through Evident for over a week, and the process is completely broken. Every day I submit an issue through their help form, and I haven’t received a single reply.

The link from Google brings me to Evident’s site, where I’m told to “go back to authorization and select all permissions” — but the link doesn’t work. I’ve tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, used incognito, and followed every troubleshooting step imaginable. The “Sign in with Google” flow never requests permissions, and the process just dead-ends.

What’s worse is that Evident provides no working customer support — no phone number, no live chat, and no acknowledgment of support requests. This has completely stalled my Google business verification, costing me time and potential revenue.

For a company tasked with verifying professional businesses, their own process is shockingly unprofessional. If Google depends on Evident for verification, they seriously need to reconsider that partnership.

Until Evident fixes its broken system and starts responding to customers, I’d advise anyone working with them to prepare for weeks of silence and frustration.

1. Only provides form letter support that doesn;t address issue and website CONTINUOUSLY reponds with this error message: "Uh oh, something went wrong!

We're currently working on this, and should have things back to normal soon. Please try again later."

2. Company AGAINST PROVACY LAWS refuses to delete my data.

Google Local Services Ads use EvidentID…

Google Local Services Ads use EvidentID for their background checks. Upon receiving an approval from EvidentID and reaching out to Google, I was told that it was not completed and that I needed to do it again.

Approved? Not approved? Who knows.

Poor service and poor communication with the parties involved.

Any company that is thinking of using the services of EvidentID should reconsider. Save time and find another vendor.

This is the most useless app.
I have hard copy references that I want to use, but no, I have to bother my referees again!!! get them to fill in the online rubbish which no doubt will take them forever. As for scanning proof of id- what a joke. Big waste of time. I have tried multiple times with no success. As for security of my information- this does not inspire me with confidence if the rest of the processes are so pathetic. Don't sell a service tat is so clunky and unworkable- what a scam.

If you are ever thinking of using this service. STOP. TURN. and Run the other direction. They are useless. Will take way too long. Will cost you 100's of customers as their processes, customer support and technology simply does not work

Bad technical functioning

Unfortunately, Airbnb now must use the evidentid robot in order to verify car insurance and driver's license. But like so many robots online they are "stupid". It was supposed to make our life easier and replace human resources. But sadly they only created a horrible user experience. After 10 attempts with different scans and photos I managed to get my driver's license through, but now the same nightmare is my car insurance. No way it would accept the scan or a photo, I have tried it 20 times. Shame! I wonder how people get paid for such an app. If I could give zero stars, I would. Because assistance is absolutely not helpful, they fake to help, but no result overall.
