EVi Renewables Ltd Avis

The whole experience of dealing with Evi has been a pleasure. From the initial advice and discussion of my needs through to the end of the installation, everyone involved was professional, highly competent and friendly.
The quality of the system (solar and battery storage) is excellent, and it was designed and installed with care and great attention to detail.
My thanks to all the team at Evi and to Grieg, Jack, Bob and Sam for all they did.
Very highly recommended.

Thorough and professional throughout. Installation to a high standard.

Great experience from initial contact to post implementation support. In person, and on the phone all the team members have been efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating.

The service provided from initial contact to final installation was of a very high standard. Great customer care, excellent skills and promises delivered. Special mention for Greig, Jack and Sam. As well as Chris in accounts

Great experience with EVi, from start to finish they were very professional. Greg, Jack, Bob and Sam who did install could not be more friendly, helpful and efficient and the admin support from the office is excellent. Highly recommended.

We chose EVi Renewables Ltd from a shortlist of three. When Neil visited us we were discussing the environment and the technicalities of our own situation before discussing pay-back. It was a motivating experience rather than gentle pressure selling which we had experienced with others.
The project progressed with a personable team of EVi employees and was conducted very professionally. All third party certification was administered effortlessly.
EVi have encouraged us to have an ongoing dialogue to achieve the optimum outcome for the environment and for our return on investment.
A big thanks to Neil and his team.

Excellent aftermarket support from Gary today, identified and resolved a serious issue swiftly and professionally. Excellent service above and beyond, much appreciated.

I had a solar + battery system installed by EVi in October 2024.

EVi exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The sales process was low pressure and very informative, communications after sales were great, the install team arrived when agreed and were all excellent, and the post install process of getting required info from the grid has been very smooth.

I was wary about getting solar panels because I generally do not like having trades in the house, but I needn't have worried. Every person who worked on the system was friendly and professional. They did an exceptionally tidy job and left me with literally no mess to clean up. I am blown away! I would absolutely recommend EVi to anybody interested in any of the services they offer.

The Whole EVI team were very professional from the start to the end of the process.

The installation went exactly as planned. Everyone turned up on time and were respectful when working in the house and garden area.
We had been given all the information about our new system before installation by someone who knew what they were talking about, not a salesman.
Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Good trustworthy team from sales, office and technical support.

No hard sell, very professional and friendly at every stage. Excellent detail in their pre installation reports. Installation work was superbly done, very neat and tidy. Gregg and Jack who did the internal work were really excellent but the whole team did a first class job. Delighted with the finished result.

The young group of tradesmen were well presented and were immediately on the case for our install.
When they came in they let it be known, their appreciation on access to loft, cupboard with a space already prepared in garage for the battery as this allowed them to get an immediate start to their work.
They were calm and efficient with their trade and their attention to detail and tidy work ethic was certainly appreciated. All questions were very well answered and everything was explained in detail. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. An absolute credit to their business and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

First class from start to finish, The installers we had were great, very helpful with anything I asked of them(Grant, Jack and Bob) absolute credit to the company. Thanks to all👍

Great guys working at the house and keen to make sure everything 100%.... Lots of communication from the office... A few snags on the house side of the installation but handled well by EVi

The installation was well specified following an on-site inspection by Neil Beattie. This initial review saved me several hundred pounds as Neil was able to advise me that I did not need the GivEnergy Gateway to meet my requirement for a large battery with a high capacity inverter. A very competitive quote was provided for the installation of the GivEnergy All-in-One 13.5 kWh battery. I accepted the quote, and EVi's technical team handled all the permissions with DNO.
Install went very smoothly - a very competent team of electricians installed and commissioned the system over a day and a half. Very tidy workmanship. Good explanation and handover. Follow up the technical in fist 24 hours to see if there were any issues. Monitoring of the system continues by technical manager.
I highly recommend the team from EVi for all aspects of renewables.

Easy to deal with, experienced and knowledgeable.

Excellent advice followed up by excellent fitting and installation. This company determines what you need rather than what they can sell you. I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish.

The installation works were completed to a high standard by a first class team. The office team have been in touch a number of times since to ensure the system is performing as designed. Highly recommend
