Refusal to engage with quality issues
I had windows installed some 6 weeks ago with my installer reporting quality issues to Evolution on the day they were installed. Despite being chased several times for a response there has been total silence / refusal to engage by Evolution.
I think the ratings on TP and this review should tell you all you need to know about their quality and attitude to customer service.

Poorly made and over priced
Poorly made and over priced, doors don't shut leak water in, drafty windows even threw the none opening part, and have had 3 door mechanism fail, so disappointed, avoid

Happy with the door but....
Happy with the door but....
Cannot any response about getting it adjusted after the recommended supplier they gave us went bump! Door is catching and getting damaged, three times I have tried to get this resolved to no avail :(

Massively overpriced
Massively overpriced. Profiles are a bit clumsy in places and some design details need improving, such as ill-fitting rubber seals. The lower framing can attract condensation and the surrounding local sealant quickly starts going black and looks untidy, the same can be said of the large aluminium extrusion along the bottom of the door frame which did not really look great from day 1 but it attracts a lot of condensation in cold weather, I assume this is due to a poor thermal break between the inside and the exterior. We opted for uprated door handles but we did not realise they have no protection and become instantly scruffy after rain and are difficult to clean without affecting the white plastic grained surround, which in itself is then difficult to clean. The handle of one door only just clears the static door jamb with about one millimetre of clearance, I hope it does not become more slack with wear. They look pretty initially but I am not sure they will stand the test of time and I probably would not do it again.

Not recommended
Very poorly made, i would not recommend. They do not look very nice and also do not perform as stated, I’ve had leaks through 2 of the 6 windows installed and the doors won’t close properly to lock. No aftercare support and according to receptionist they are up for sale so not dealing with any previous issues.
