This is a scam!! They sell you a package which you cant open. Then they want you to purchase application to open the file..

Bad experience- Stay away

It used to be free, and it's not. Even worse, I bought 4 exam practice files from them before, and I was able to use them, but now I am not able to open the files. When I was asking them for the reason why, they asked me for proof of purchase, and after I logged in to their website, took a snapshot of all my purchases, and sent it to them, they said my exam practice files were expired. Even worse, they changed my account's password, sent me a new password, then asked me to activate it. After activating, all the products were gone as if I haven't purchased any. They offered me a discount to buy the same files again, but this time, they informed me that I would have to subscribe to the Avanset simulator, too. Conveniently, the total of Exam-labs and Avenset purchases was double the price I had to pay before. Do not buy from them.

You can't download the PDF documents except for the first page, tried to communicate with the support and attached all the issues that I have faced and requested them to send me the printable edition instead to save time, it takes them approx 24 hr to response to each rely and I feel it is a waste of time, I am asking to claim my money back

After purchasing exam study materials, I learned that I had to spend another $120 just to make use of those materials.

Don't be fooled. Their stuff is useless without paying for the exorbitantly priced Avanset VCE simulator and they charge you per month to have access to their exam content on top of it. It used to be free to use. Why would I pay a subscription for their VCE when I already had to pay for a subscription to the questions? Hello?! That's why you pay them!!!! Been trying to get a refund but the customer service is worse than the product.

I bought their exam which was 60 dollars with the hopes of getting a pdf in returned but no. I got a .vce file, in order to open it you need to buy their software which costs 114 dollars. I’m not doing that I already lost too much money believing this thing

I purhased one of the exams from exam-labs and then later discovered that i had to purchase the VCE simulator. I was ok with that, but the Avanset, the website for the VCE simulator software doesn't work most of the time and i struggled to get that to work.
I emailed exam-labs, and to their credit, they refunded the money. Advise against using them.

scam - if you purchase the questions, which is quite expensive as such, you also have to purchase software to be able to access the questions. Once you are through that hurdle, you can access questions, which have a lot of wrong answers. completely useless

Unfortunately there is nothing that can be constructive about my experience with this company. And I use the term company very very loosely.
Buy the exam questions but you cannot access them unless you purchase something else. Not that I am going to purchase the extra items which will pretty much double the price of what I purchased to begin with. From the PDF's that I was able to read the content is questionable, with tips going over pages and the information is stuff that you can get from watching a free youtube video.

One of my favorites from this is " In Figure 2-3, you can see a lot of Azure Services." It goes on to tell you that Azure gives the resources unrecognizable names. Which is incorrect. Azure can make a GUID be part of the naming convention that you initially provided to make a particular resource. This is to ensure that everything is uniquely named. But you should be able to recognize part of the name to trace back to what you created.
The prices are in USD without specifying that they are in USD. So if you are international it may cost you more.
What you purchased is time bombed and will not be available for more than 3 months.
I did not go into the exam simulator, I figure I have wasted enough money on this crap.

I really had a bad experience with this site, paid for 1 exam and failed, not really happy at all. It is with great regret that I advise you to stay away from them at all times ....

I purchased from exam-labs to pass CPA certification at $89.9 with 3 months update and to open the vce i purchased avanset vce simulator $114,
After opening the vce i found it is outdated and not updated since two years and the question are useless

When i communicated with them through emails and whatsapp i understand it is scam

Well. Sorry, I'm failed the Microsoft exam yesterday with Exam-Labs - Do not buy them!

You purchase an exam file, but to play it you must then purchase the VCE Simulator program as well. I purchased the AZ305 exam simulator. The VCE simulator will only allow you 14 questions out of the full file to try without buying. Biggest waste of money ever.

They offer you a pack with the responses to tests but what you obtain is a file .VCE format. To read it you have to buy a very expensive product called VCE Simulator BASIC and the cheapest option is 35 Euros per month with a minimum of 6 months.
This is a kind of SCAM!!!

Scam, stay away! If you have the money to purchase 2 separate software then go for it. I purchased this 2 day before my exam. When I saw that I had to purchase another software to use it I immediately requested a refund. I never got my money back and I passed without their service!

Deceptive Marketing.
I purchased an exam package close to $100 (AUD) that consisted of:
1. pdf with exam related info,
2. Some training videos with poor room audio (which made deciphering the accent near impossible. I had to give up trying understand him) and
3. A VCE test file (I was only interested in the test exam).

Turns out the VCE simulator is free to download, but limits you 5 test questions, and almost no other functionality unless you pay $89 (USD) a month or $299 (USD) a year.

I tried getting a refund, but after at least a half dozen unreplied emails, the best I got was an offer for 1 month of VCE simulator usage. I gave up in the a7 wrote it off. I purchased a Udemy test exam instead.

Very very shady and deceptive business practices.
If I could a negative rating, I would.

Overpriced outdated Udemy courses.
Videos are cut from the beginning, the end or both and the screen is cropped so they're missing vital parts.

I purchased this product as well without realizing that the vxe simulator costs more than the actual lab.

Ultimately, the combined costs are $175 or more. The company does mention you will need a simulator, however why not advertised the total price as opposed to the $50 list price. Customers should be told that the vxe costs $119, every three months.

I just want my fellow consumers to know the total upfront cost, prior to purchasing this product.

No, I would not recommend this product this product to anyone.

This is a SCAM Exam-Labs incorrect answers no questions in this practice tests appear in exam they say they will refund I paid $99 but they will not REFUND your money

I bought an exam for around $60 USD and found that I cannot access the .vce exam file without the VCE Simulator which is another $90 a month.

Nothing on the exam-labs.com site made mention of a 3rd party subscription to access the exams I purchased.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
