ExaVault Cloud FTP Avis 

I’ve sampled various FTP sites over the past months, and typically would search another option after my initial 30 free trial would end. In terms of ExaVault, I think I directly purchased a month to month option without using a free trial period. Initially, the decision was based on needing a quick solution late at work to help get a client a copy of a sizable document that could not be e-mailed.

Yet, after utilizing it for some time, my plan is to continue using it as a long term option until our organization ultimately decides to bring an IT person onboard fulltime to handle that service internally.

The following are just a few items that I like about ExaVault:

Ease of use
Demo/tutorial provided by one of your staff back in Aug 29 1:00 pm CST, I think her name was Elizabeth Langill (She’s very knowledgeable and hospitable by the way)
Ability to place our company logo on it
How it allows for various options of delivery (link, e-mail within ExaVault, or external e-mails)

To summary, I’ve very please with ExaVault as a service offering. I think they truly have something to be proud of with your product.

I am new to ExaVault. Had a requirement to transfer files via SFTP with several of our trading partners. I must say it was very easy to setup and use. I highly recommend Exavault for quick setup and a very robust full SFTP solution.

I required a FTP site for receiving data from several institutions. I found Exavault easy to setup. And It satisfied all my needs perfectly. My users communicate with it both On-Line and in automated mode with no problems. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a low cost and efficient communications site. Thanks Exavault!

I migrated to ExaVault from one of the competitors mainly do to a requirement to transfer files via SFTP, a requirement that the competition could not meet and ExaVault could. I am very happy that I made the change and I will say the main reason for my delight is the level of support provided by ExaVault. Anytime I or any of my clients have need of technical assistance the ExaVault team has been there to help. And they have always help us accomplish what needs to be accomplished.

We have been an ExaVault client for a while… This is our second account – and will replace the first one at some point. The reasons – Support, Customer Service, Cost Benefit and ease of use.

Needed to set up SFTP service for a systems integration project - after looking at various options decided try Exavault - so happy I did! Service was super simple to set up and configure and works flawlessly. So much better than installing and managing our own SFTP server.

Great support. Easy to use GUI. Staff gets A+ for ease to work with.

Easy to use interface. I use ExaVault for my clients, when I need them to send me large files in a secure manner. My customers come from all walks of life, and many do not have much computer knowledge. In spite of that, none of them had any issues to upload the files. I just send them a link and a password and they figure it out by themselves. They do not need to create accounts or anything. It’s straight forward.

I would recommend it.

Completely flawless service.
This is a difficult review to write because I have so little to say about the service. It just works. We never have to think about it, reboot, tweak settings, call customer service, anything. Since day one everything has been perfect.

Exavault has been our FTP provider for 6 years. It's always reliable and I've not had one client have any issues with uploading files. They are an integral part of what we do.

I host and produce two self-syndicated weekly radio shows heard around the country. Thanks to ExaVault, I have a hassle-free way of distributing these programs to our stations. I could not imagine going with anyone else.

The ExaVault interface is professionally put together, and the downloading options that we configure for our customers meet all of our demands. We also like the customized branding features giving the download panel our own "look and feel". We highly recommend ExaVault to any company needing a solid e-distribution service for their customer base!

We have been using Exavault for several years now. It works great and we have no issues. We use it primarily as a FTP server for clients to upload files. We like the ability to create folders/users for each client and then restricting specific users to specific folders. The dashboard is simple and intuitive. We like the various options to log in (via username/passwords, SSH keys, or API credentials).

I have used ExaVault for many years to send large files. I have never had a problem with their service, find their website user-friendly and have had great feedback from my friends and clients who have received the files for download. I have tried many different formats for transferring large files and find that this is the BEST service.

It’s important that when sharing files, especially large quantities of images or videos, that the user, the person you are sending the files to, doesn’t have to download any client, except any terms for the service, just click on a link to download. It’s simple and direct. Services like drop box are basically click bate engines. That’s not the experience I want the people I am sharing files with to experience.

I have used Exavault for several years now to upload video data from our home in another country. The system has always functioned flawlessly and the information I upload is always there when I want to review it. The price is right also as I am retired and living on a fixed income. They do a great job.

Exavault is great. We have been using exavault for our small business for many years without any issues. Even when i was looking for other options such as brickftp or aws for sftp, Exavault seemed to be the best option in terms of features and pricing for a small business needs.

Love this!! It is easy to upload and download files.

I love that I can send a link to my client.
