Ordered a Birthday cake and a bouquet…
Ordered a Birthday cake and a bouquet for my brother's birthday on Jun 8, 2022. First of all they did not deliver the bouquet (even today), Next they messed up the wordings on the cake.
Contacted them multiple times thru whatsapp and no one seemed to be bothered to respond. They don't have the basic courtesy to apologize for the mess up and missing delivery. I demand a full refund of my order.
I will not recommend them.

Firstly I received the order one day…
Firstly I received the order one day late despite me paying extra amount for shipping to arrive on my sisters birthday gift and they have ruined it .
Second the actual receive and picture is completely beyond imagination ..the teddy was xs size and in the picture they are showing XXL size teddy .

Hello Sai Manasa, sorry for the inconvenience caused on your order, upon examning the order, on the scheduled delivery date the hyderbad region is in Flooding situation where we cannot risk delivery boys to make the order fullfill, upon the circumstances we updated regarding the reschedule, also regarding the size of Teddy no where it was mentioned XXL, it was clearlly mentioned small size, its beyond the expectation for XXL size to fit in a Small Bakset, also as token of compensation for delay in delivery we attached a complimentary soft toy along with the order.

They are a spam. FRAUD ALERT
Unfortunately there’s no negative rating that I can give. They are a fraud and I hope no one falls for this. Ordered a cake for delivery in Austin, TX - USA. On the day of delivery I received an email saying that the business is closed and that I will be refunded the full amount. I was charged a total of Rs. 5898 ($80). I have not received my refund yet. They do not respond to any of my emails or calls. They are a spam and are scamming people around the world just by taking advantage of the pandemic.

Once again to be clear with you, we are saying there is no agenda of doing fraud or any scam with the 80$. FYI refund was processed via Phone pay to the UPI number provided, it may take quite while to refund the amount.
Firstly you need to see description clearly while placing the order (You have placed the order to be delivered on Sunday, where we clearly mentioned there is no delivery on Sundays in USA, how ever my operations team went a step head to satisfy customer by placing order with local vendor where it went wrong, as a process of International transaction and lockdown time in India your refund amount was delayed, There is noting to do with the 80$ amount to make us rich by scamming you
