If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. One parcel meant for home delivery I had to collect from their warehouse a month after they received it and the other parcel sat in their Sofia warehouse for 4 months now and they allegedly lost it. A large parcel full of kids christmas gifts. AVOID at all costs.

Express One Bulgaria is a complete JOKE of a delivery company. The only good thing is recently my AliExpress orders started coming a bit faster then before , BUT they LIE that they make delivery attempts and they transfer the packages to PUPs (pick up points) with a completely different company they seem to made a contract. Me personally I sometimes prefer the PUPs pickup , but only sometimes. I work 2min away from home and 95% of time I can go out of work to pick up my package IF THEY EVER actually make an attempt for actual delivery instead of 100% PUPs (pick up points) . I want to have the choice of PUPs pick up or delivery to the address LIKE IT IS SUPPOSED. Im mostly pissed that they LIE in the delivery status it says "Unsuccessful delivery" trying to lie that they made an attempt to deliver it that NEVER actually happens.

The worst courier company

Without a doubt, this is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Customer support is practically non-existent — the support line is never answered, and it seems impossible to get in touch with an actual representative. Deliveries are consistently late, often without any clear explanation or proactive communication. There is a complete lack of accountability and customer care. It is genuinely difficult to understand how a company operating at this level of service continues to function. It is also unfortunate for the businesses that choose to work with them, as this directly impacts their customers trust and overall experience. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend their services to anyone.

Don't care about the customer

They really dont care about the customer. They have made some kind of network with PUPs (pick up points) in some local stores, instead of investing in stations with cells (like the rest of the companies). These PUPs are usually very far from the delivery address and you always have to take in mind with the working hours of the PUP (which varies a lot ). When you try to call them, they either terminate the call without picking up, or just let you ring for 5 minutes.

Extremely disappointing courier service

Extremely disappointing courier service. The parcel was not delivered to the specified address but instead left at a pick‑up station, forcing the recipient to collect it themselves. This is especially problematic for elderly individuals who may not be able to manage such trips. Customer service is practically nonexistent — no response to phone calls and no replies to emails. Overall, a very poor experience and not recommended.

No Customer Service. No Deliveries. Nothing you can do. Not even pick it up yourself. They suck so badly. I don't even know how Austrian Post 'managed' to hire and open such a losing logistics company.
Austrian Post has a contract with Amazon.de and yet f***ks up bigely. They hand it over the package to 4 subcontractor while still in Austria. One week in Austria, 5 days in transit, one week in Expressone Bulgaria's warehouse. You think about it. This is wild. Not mentioning that I am a PRIME paying Amazon customer. Bonkers.

Absolutely appalling employees in…

Absolutely appalling employees in Shumen office and just couldn't care less.
They are beyond unreliable and I will never use again. Companies like this should not be in business.
Never answer phones or emails. Pitiful company.

No information whatsoever

Made an order via Amazon.de on the 15th of December, with delivery expected on the 5th of January. I waited and on the 6th of January it entered the system at ExpressOne BG, which I only knew because of external tracking pages.

For a whole week from January 6th to 10th, I did not receive a single notification from the shipping company. Upon trying to contact them via the contact form and calling, no returns whatsoever.

On January 12th, I contacted Amazon for a refund, who then informed me the courier had an accident and the items were damaged.

This accident must have happened in the office, because from the 6th of January, when the products entered the system, I was never notified of any deliveries.

I am a patient person and could've waited longer, but it's unacceptable to receive absolutely no notifications or replies after reaching out to them.

Their services are beyond appalling

Their services are beyond appalling. My packet was registered at their warehouse as Hub inbound (BG - Sofia) on the 27. 11.2025. After submitting numerous complains forms and trying to call, the parcel magically disappeared and the status was changed to parcel lost on the 29.12.2025. The packet contained a solid gold element which I believe was stolen by someone in that company.

Disgusting service

Fuming with the courier. I missed my delivery yesterday by 20 minutes as I was in the bath. I messaged the driver and received no reply. They made no attempt to redeliver my two packages today. I left two messages online using their forms as I cannot hear over the phone. I waited almost 3 weeks for delivery. I am disgusted with their service. China must stop using Express One.
I cannot my anger enough .😡😡
I am really hoping that they will redeliver my two childproof gates on Monday.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. Deliveries delayed for weeks, nobody picking up the phone, no clear organisation and instructions. The company definitely needs more employees and better training and on onboarding processes.

Even one star is way too many for this…

Even one star is way too many for this company. They constantly lie that made an attempt to deliver but they never did. So they ask you to go to their office.
I paid for my goods to be delivered not to go to an office that is not convenient for me. I will return all my ordedrs and ask the seller for a refund. *** This might be just the bulgarian way to save on expenses by not delivering the goods. What a genius way of thinking?!

Extremely disappointed.

I've been waiting for a delivery for over 10 days - no call, no notification, no update. I tried calling their customer service multiple times, but no one answered. Eventually, a woman picked up, refused to introduce herself, and behaved in a completely unprofessional and incompetent manner. Only at the end of the call, after repeated requests, she said her name was Hristina.

They miss deadlines, ignore complaints, and do not offer any working communication channel. This isn’t just bad service - it’s a total lack of respect for the customer.

I will be filing an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Commission and escalating the issue publicly.
Avoid this company- there are far more reliable and respectful courier services in Bulgaria.
