Order #6646 ordered 12/27 with 2 day USPS upcharge.
FedEx label created with tracking number but nothing more. Will not answer emails or voice mail, next call will be to my credit card to dispute payment. poor poor
customer service.

update 10/21...they claim they refunded me weeks ago (via this review) but there is no refund!

I’m trying to get in contact with them and have sent them two emails within the past three days and have gotten no response. Really bad customer service. I am still waiting for a response so I can send my purchase back!

Similar experience like others. I tried to contract them by calls and emails. I called the number on the website, it go to voicemail automatically. Yes, it is like other people said. They NEVER return my call. Emails, NEVER replied. I've called more than 20times, emailed 3 times. Order #6316. I'd like to cancel my order.

They replied me here after posting this review. But never replied emails or calls. I was keeping calling and calling. They never respond. Untrusted, disrespectful. I've contract you in less 1 hr when I placed the order. Why won't you just answer the phone to make it easy? Horrible customer service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Poor customer service
I tired to contact the phone number that’s listed in the website it straight goes to voicemail, left 4 voicemail never returned my call, I tired to contact by email, guess what, no one responded either, I followed the steps listed in the website for return for refund, I returned my item, it was received and I am hoping to see the refund into my account since it has not passed 14 days of delivery date.
I hope at least you will have someone to read this and try to improve lol
By the way, the item quality was a poor as your customer service.

I was told if I shared my email I would get a discount. Each time I tried to put my discount code in, it was rejected.
