This was Very Easy indeed! Even for a first time landlord with anxiety about the Whole Process! A nice feature that they have which is available for a "Pro" account is the ability to enable your tenants to sign electronically using any device they choose. I chose this company because they have State Specific Lease Forms for all 50 states. This was an important feature to have available as different states have different laws. Thanks For Making This Easy For Me!

Simple, effective...have been using EZLandlordForms since 2012 without issues (2 different properties, many different leases and extensions, different States [read: rental/landlord/tenant rules]).

Have always enjoyed using...till today
Have always enjoyed and appreciated the service. It has been very helpful for the three properties I have. I even upgraded to a lifetime membership,
Lately they have not been available by phone only by chat, as their phone system would drop calls. Today I needed help updating a lease.
I tried to open up a chat. The chat window says they should reply in 2 minutes. It has been 31/2 hours, no reply and now they are closed

Good product and easy to use
nice web interface with easy prompts to customize your lease. It will cost you $38 to produce the final lease, but it is well worth it.
