Zero customer service
Went in to this "flagship store" to buy a couch. It felt like the staff were actively trying not to interact with the customers. If I'm handing over thousands, someone offering to help should not be too much to expect. I spent 15 minutes at the couch I loved, measuring etc and nobody came near me. Came back later when I had decided it was definitely the one, same experience so I left. Visited a different branch, polar opposite experience, great customer service, bought the same couch I was looking at.

Very poor service from EZ Living Furniture
I want to express my considerable disappointment with EZ Living Furniture.
In the course of refurnishing my new home, I engaged all three of the main suppliers: EZ Living Furniture, Harvey Norman, and Dreams. EZ Living Furniture fell well short of the standard set by the other two.
The sales experience was excellent — but the moment payment was made, the service collapsed. I was given only 20 minutes' notice ahead of delivery. The furniture was left at my front door, and all the packaging and waste was abandoned on site. I was assured this would be collected; it never was. In the end I had to hire a van and remove it myself.
By contrast, Harvey Norman provided a full day's notice, brought larger pieces into the house safely, assembled all the furniture, and cleared away all the waste — despite having made the very same commitments EZ Living Furniture did at the point of sale.
The unnecessary stress and expense caused by EZ Living Furniture was, and remains, completely unacceptable. I would ask each person to be cautious before ordering anything, and if you do order anything, that they be managed very closely.

Quoted delivery date not met despite confirmation on day of purchase. I have not received any updates on new expected date from Blanchardstown store staff despite contacting the store and promised call back which has not happened yet.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Had a small issue with a chair I bought. Customer service went above and beyond to resolve my problem extremely quickly and with the friendly service we unfortunately seldom get from most providers these days. I’m totally pleased with my item and the service.
