Every staff member was giving me different information, was waiting for a month for an order to find out that 30%deposit wasn't enough for them to realize that I want the chair. On the collection day they gave me chair without a box , label , or plastic cover and I don't think it was brand new chair. When I asked where was it made ,staff had no clue. Worst experience ever to be honest.

We would like to clarify the timeline of your order.
Your chair was ordered on 11th May when the 30% deposit was paid, as we understood that you wished to proceed with the purchase and the chair was ordered for you from inbound stock.
The item was due into stock on 29th May, and when you contacted us on that date, our customer service team advised that the chair had just arrived into stock.
As outlined in the terms and conditions on your sales docket, the remaining balance was required before a collection date could be arranged.
A payment link for the outstanding balance was sent to you that day, and once payment was received, your collection was booked for the next available collection date.
If you were given conflicting or incorrect information by members of our team at any stage, we sincerely apologise.
Providing clear and consistent communication is important to us, and we regret that this was not your experience.
We would also like to address your concerns regarding the chair upon collection.
We are sorry to hear that the presentation of the item left you questioning its condition, however we can assure you that the chair supplied was a new item.
While we appreciate that this experience did not meet your expectation, but we hope the above clarifies the timeline of your order and the process followed.

Drogheda Store - well worth a visit
Always a pleasure to visit Drogheda Retail Park store. I’ve bought beautiful furniture there over the past year which is always admired by anyone visiting our house.
