Great customer service from Mark in Drogheda. I was particularly happy with a follow up phone call to say everything was on track for delivery.

Staff are very friendly and helpful
Staff are very friendly and helpful, we mainly had Mark helping us but all the rest of the staff were great as well. We ended up getting a couch, footstool and rug which we're looking forward to being delivered.
Very happy with our experience.

Mark knows his stuff.
Visited the store in Drogheda today to check out some outdoor patio furniture. Spoke at length with Mark, who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He talked us through the various options, and provided great advice and shared his own personal experience with some of the products. We opted for the Marbella corner dining set and cantilever parasol, after considering 3 or 4 options, and also went with the Lupin tea for 2 set. Delighted with our choices, and looking forward to the delivery. Kudos to Mark. Knows his stuff, and excellent with the customer.

It was an absolute pleasure shopping at this store. Myself and my wife were looking for a dining table and chairs. We were greeted by Lorraine who couldn't do enough for us. After we found the table we wanted, we had to decide on the chairs to go with it. Lorraine carried chairs from every corner of the shop over to the table & told us to make sure we tried them out for comfort. We found the perfect ones. So happy with our purchases and the service we received in the shop. Will definitely be back. Thanks again Lorraine.

I like the products and sales ervice.But delivery cost! Wow,just wow, I know I am in Ireland because it is so blatent. And no I am not paying €50 for the last 1.2km of transport the item undertakes.1/7 of the cost.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery fee..
Unfortunately we have to charge for delivery - there is also an option of click and collect which has no charge..
In relation to delivery - all deliveries dpart from our warehouse located in Dublin - not the Drogheda store as unfortunatley we dont have the space to keep stock there - so the journey form our warehouse to your home is approx 42 km..
I hope that helps clarify this for you.
Keep an eye out on the website - we run offers of free delivery from time to time - it might be something to keep in mind.

staff at the drogheda branch…
staff were very helpful in particular the manager who was extremely accommodating in all his dealings with me in the Drogheda office and Michelle who was clearly interested in her job . I would definitely go back to this branch as it was a very pleasant experience
