Formula One Autocentres - Camberley Avis 

I have recently taken two vehicles into the Autocentre in Camberley. On each occasion I was met by a welcoming, friendly team who accepted the keys and showed me into a comfortable "waiting room". On completion - I was taken through the findings so that I clearly understood. The second vehicle failed due to faulty tyre (cut to the core) and they offered a replacement which was quickly fitted. I will certainly return.

The guys at the Camberley branch are always helpful. The service is second to none. Informative staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Will always use this branch.

The Hawley Lane branch - Camberley.
They are really a horrible lot and not reformed in 3 years. Then they damaged my locking wheel nuts by using an airgun when first loosening them. Cost me dear, and they denied it. The junior actually admitted it was his mistake. But the Manager said the T&C's did not assume responsibility for damage.
Silly me, i tried them again today on 31.12.2023 and no change at all. They sure hate customers. Very rude and unhelpful. Why do companies employ such horrible individuals?

Appalling service from F1 Autocentre Camberley. Tyres booked in and paid for. Refused to fit tyres due to being a stretched tyre, despite being standard manufacturers size. Poor communication and attitude from staff.

Still no communication, apologies or sign of a refund.

My daughter and I have used F1 Camberley many times. the staff there are always helpful and friendly they make us fell welcome and they are efficient. I have recommended them to friends and I know they have used them. their prices are competitive, I feel confident that they will do a good job when i leave my car with them

I purchased a tyre online but got the wrong loading rating so on the day of fitting it wasn't possible to fit it. They had a tyre that would have fitted in Farnborough so Rob drove over there and picked it up and then the fitting guys took care of me. Great customer service....

Absolutely amazing service from Dave and the team at Camberley. Brilliant customer service from start to finish, went over and above expectations. Incredibly helpful, knowledgable and super efficient service throughout. What a great team! Highly recommend.

Promised a tyre that would cost £65. Booked in car even though the earliest they could do was 12.45 on bank holiday Monday 28th August 2023. When I got there, the only tyre they had was £137, which I had to buy because my wife needed the car tomorrow. I feel like they have ripped me off and would not recommend them to anyone.

Wont take our cars anywhere else, trust them, feel comfortable, nothing is a chore, make you feel comfortable. Will go above and beyond to help. Fully recommend!

2nd time customer, both times fitted me in at short notice. Completed work was done quickly and to high standards. Be coming back here for all my motoring needs for sure.

Popped in as i had a nail in my tyre and was worried about it causing a slow puncture and the lads working (PM 22.05) were so lovely and helpful and checked it all out for me. Cant fault them 10/10 service

As usual very easy and booked mot time and day when I wanted using internet and added bonus voucher making mot cost £32.40.
What’s not to like?

Had a few issues with getting my car to the garage to get the tyres fitted, but F1 have been absolutely amazing in helping getting them fitted especially Dave who I spoke to on numerous occasions and was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free. I will definitely be coming back for future as the standard was perfect

Rang them up regarding a rare tyre change. Very helpful on the phone. Once tyres came in the had booked me
In for 11am the next day. Rang up in the morning to see if they could squeeze me in early, called me in there and then, drove in and had me in and out in 20 minutes! Exceptional service! Massive thank you to David for making my experience with them flawless.

Only a puncture repair, but a main dealer had stated a new tyre was needed, but I was dubious. The manager at Camberley F1 checked my tyre when I turned up and a puncture repair appointment was made for later that day. All sorted in no time along with advice about rotating wheels to even tread wear.

Popped in on off chance to get a new tyre. Have used this branch before. Friendly , professional and nothing too much trouble. Makes Quickfit look very amateurish

Drove around trying to find somewhere that could change my tyre as I had a bad bubble. Ended up at Formula One with which I booked an appointment for the next day. The staff were friendly, helpful and sorted my tyre out for me no problem. They were even cheaper than other places.

I wish I had gone there first.

Booked a MOT over 3 weeks ago with the Camberley branch. Since then their guy was taken ill - very unfortunate and can't be helped. However, any normal company would ring/e-mail to inform customers that the MOT has been cancelled.

Future considerations for the company:

* People may take time off work for the appointment.
* They can't drive their cars if the MOT expires.
* They can't drive to work without a car.

The guy said "you've slip through the net (along with someone else) and I'll give you your money back".

I even got a reminder of the booking!

All I needed was a phone call and then I could have made other arrangements.
