Formula One Autocentres - Harlow Avis 

Wrong tyre fitted after 1.5 hrs, worst service ever, manager awful would not give his name. Do not trust them. Now they ask for details shame they never picked up the phone before I left this feed back. Utter shambles

Just visited formula one auto centre in Harlow absolutely excellent staff very friendly and on the ball,Mot carried out on time no hassle would recommend very highly, Manager very pleasant and helpful.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Shabbar at New Formula Centre in Harlow. He was genuinely so helpful and easy to talk to – really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he knows what he’s doing, and he explains things clearly without any pressure or jargon.

It’s rare to come across someone that professional and kind these days. He really went the extra mile and made me feel like a valued customer, not just another number. If you’re heading to New Formula Centre, definitely ask for Shabbar – you’re in safe hands.

Friendly welcome, from Richard when i arrived. Phoned me with some recommendations for bits that needed doing and with a quote for the works. Service and extra bits all done in a good time. Again when I collected my car was welcomed in a friendly manner. All works carried out were done to a high standard. Very pleased.

Turned up and hadn’t realised it was booked to be done anytime between 8:40 and 12:30, I thought it would be done straight away. The manager could see my panic as I had my Mum’s 90th birthday celebrations for the day. He immediately rearranged their orders so mine was done immediately and then kept me informed throughout the process. The staff were all working hard and I am delighted with my new tyre. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend. They also realigned all the wheels as well.

I've used formula 1 over the years and they're generally okay, with a few bad points. However, recently had my van serviced, and I underline the word service, and ended up with a quotation for thirteen hundred pounds of work to the brakes and disc pads, which strangely hadn't been picked up on the MOT in March?
I feel this was an attempt to "Up-sell" additional work. I stress the point this was a full service only, and at no time did I ask for any quotation for extra work.
What a piece of luck I'm actually a service engineer, and know from experience when work is urgent or otherwise.
So, in summary, definitely don't like this method of "finding" extra issues, and attempting to hood-wink a concerned punter. Will be taking my vehicles in future to another garage, where they're not cheap, but at least their honest.

Thank you so much to Ed and Shabbar today for helping my daughter when she got a puncture. She was miles away from home with her baby & dog and they literally saved the day. Well done for such brilliant customer service, we are truly grateful.

Popped in with an emergency tyre problem. Was dealt with swiftly and reliably. Back on the road in no time thanks for your help.

I used Harlow store for a tyre change after I hit a pothole.The breakdown guy said tat he thought the tyre wasn't damaged so I asked F1 to check this. It was pretty clear that they didn't bother to do so. After I collected the car and drove home my locking wheel nut was missing. The F1 person I talked to wasn't interested and just said they had left it in the car although it clearly wasn't there. I thought it was pretty poor service, very unlike the many previous times I have used Formula 1.

Had to pop back for an MOT re-test and my car was seen to straight away, the wait was minimal

Great service and very fast. Lovely area manager too!

Had a puncture. Booked and paid for a repair next day morning.
Reached at 9.00am and repair was done by 9.45am.
Ross at reception was very efficient and perfect!

I was actually blown away by the ease and efficiency with which my tyre was changed. I arrived at just the right time which was lucky but the manager had the preasance of mind to fit me in immediately and the whole process was seemless! Outstanding service!

Booked mot online, got to harlow branch 20 minutes before appointment, was welcomed by friendly member of staff and said I was staying and he put me in first up the que as others were collecting theirs later. Friendly and efficient service and had a online deal that was cheaper than others for mot.would recommend f1 to anyone.
