Formula One Autocentres - Hemel Hempstead Avis 

Didn’t catch all the names. I originally went to this place for a puncture, which I have done on multiple occasions as they are always so good. The guy who did the puncture noticed my exhaust wasn’t sounding great (I already knew this and was planning on getting this fixed) said he could look at it quickly no charge etc.. the whole team helped me out, got a quote and even suggested I could get my own exhaust if I just wanted them to fit it - which is the way I went - purchased the exhaust left my car with the garage, I work locally so came over, saw them start the service it was in n out within around 30 minutes.

Forced me change good tyres with their own brand. Tyres are below standard and fitted so bad needs pumping weekly. Have been back to shop 5 times and get the usual excuses from manager but no resolution. Considering had no issues with tyre or wheel pre-change by their technician you would think they take some ownership and remedy the situation.
Avoid this shop not worth the hassle you will have post visit

Brought my car down for tyres and tracking, the team was professional. I was dealing with Sam, Centre manager, exceptional customer service also, spoke to the technician and deputy manager Harry. They were very polite, they brought me to the tracking ramp and explained why my tire was wearing on the inner edge they put it back to manufacturers specification. Very happy with the customer service and would recommend to everyone !

Great service, great team, always helping and good value

Initially we came to formula 1 as it was open Sundays. When we arrived we were greated by Tony. He was so helpful. He went beyond to help us find a solution for our problem - explained what he thought was wrong with the car. We will definitely use this centre for all general maintenance/servicing purposes and MOT. Thanks Tony

Awful experience at f1. Fraudulently took money for services they didn’t carry out, was constantly lied to about said works, terrible customer service. Would strongly recommend avoiding. I definitely won’t be returning !!!

I visited Formula One Auto Centre Hemel Hampstead two weeks ago and was very impressed with the expertise I received by the technicians and staff. I had two front tyres replaced and was also given advice how to make my tyres last longer and how to be safer on the road. Top quality Auto Centre I would highly recommend! A+++++

As recently as forty eight hours ago, I was scratching my head dealing with the driver’s side window of my KIA Soul not working - it literally wouldn’t function, it went dead on
me without notice!
Well I had to start searching online for a fairly used one……..I visited “FORMULAR 1 AUTOCENTRE in Woodlane End Hemel Hempstead where I met a gentleman, soft spoken in the person of Sam, who
happens to be the manager whom upon explaining my situation got the ball rolling ASAP!
He right away helped me search online for the driver’s side window part that was needed having updated him with my vehicle specification.
The part required was identified which I paid for under hundred pounds.
Sam then requested that I contact them once this part reaches me and I got it within thirty six hours!
My vehicle was fixed and the window fully functioning.
I am just overwhelmed by the manner, empathy and the professionalism with which Sam owned my predicament and offered me this help of a lifetime!
I hereby recommend Formular 1 Woodlane , HP2 4RA to anyone who lives in and nearby. Their customer service is second to none as far as I am aware.
Kudos to Sam for a job well done……you are the best and God bless!

Amazing service. Took my car in unplanned after awful metal scraping noises were happening suddenly, was well looked after and they kindly squeezed me in to take a look, quickly informed me of the issue and that it had been repaired. Will 100% be back, I’ve had awful experiences with other garages in the past and was so nice to have such a positive experience!

After limping into Hemel Hempstead branch with a flat tyre late evening the guys were happy to repair as I had an emergency charity animal transport the following day at 5am. Superstars !!!!
