Formula One Autocentres - Newport Pagnell Avis 

Raffaele at Formula One in Newport Pagnell assisted me with a great deal of professioalism. Definitely recommended.

I had fantastic service from Reece and Ali at the Newport Pagnell branch. They fitted me into their schedule without an appointment and immediately fixed a faulty valve problem on my wheel, They were both extremely professional, very helpful and generous, even refusing payment for their time. Resulting from this superb customer service, I shall only go to them for my car tyres, servicing and MOTs.

Had a puncture on my car trailer but they didn’t just do a job they went above and beyond and I’m gobsmacked at how the whole team got involved to help get my nightmare sorted. Incredible customer service and cannot thank them enough

Over and above customer service focused.The young lady who dealt with me over the phone in relation to having my air conditioning serviced was very professional and gave first class customer service, the guys at the garage that carried out the work (NewportPagnell) were very polite and engaging. I will definitely use the Newport branch for any future car related repairs.

Booked an aircon clean and re-gas service, the booking system is not the best, only gives AM or PM time frame, no exact time, probably because they don't need to "rush" this way. Took my car to the garage knowing it would take awhile since who knows when they are start working on it, dropped there and went home (went there with 2 cars), shortly after I got home, I got a call that the car uses new gas and they only have old gas, so they can not do the service at that branch, only the other one at Milton Keynes. So I had to go back to collect the car. Instead of transfering to the other Formula one branch, they just told me, that they are refunding the money in the next 3-5 days. I had to pay in advance for a service which not been done at all, had to waste my time and money on fuel to go there twice for nothing and I won't see my money for at least 3 days...
Absolute shocking experience and customer service, avoid this company!

Brilliant service. Went online found the tyre I wanted and the price. Loads cheaper than anywhere else. Gave them wheel popped back next day. Fitted in about ten mins. Instead of paying £130 it cost me£47. Ok it is not a top of the range tyre. But I only do about 2000 miles a year. Thank you for your service will be back

Got MOT done and passed on my 12yrs old lady..failed previously at a different garage, well done team and thank you Raff to fix my washer fluid tank free of charge.

I've used the Newport Pagnell branch several times over the past few years and without exception have been hugely impressed with their service. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy....and their prices are pretty damn good as well.

I got really stuck trying DIY repair by changing a wing mirror. Got the thread twisted and stuck and asked if the branch would help. (Not on their list of things they do!) Didn't hesitate and a few hours later the problem was solved and they even put the door etc back together and sorted the electrics. These guys know what they are doing! Exceptional service Many thanks. Be back soon when we need it servicing!!

Visited the Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes Centre for an MOT. Unfortunately my car failed on a broken rear Spring. They allowed me to supply the part, which helped to make things cheaper. Fitted me in the very next day to replace and retested there and then, they even exceeded the time frame we agreed to have the work turned around. Now I'm back on the road and can get to work on Monday. Very happy customer. Reece was fantastic, very welcoming, knowledgeable and helped me out massively. Big thank you. Will definitely use them again and will recommend their service to friends and family.

Friendly and kind advice without the 'hard-sell'

I had booked in to have my TPMS sensors changed, as I thought the batteries had failed and my MOT was a few days away. However, on the way to my booking with F1 Autos in Newport Pagnell I re-tried the auto-learn procedure (which I had been trying all week) and just before arriving it finally worked...

I explained this to the chaps at reception, and instead of telling me I had to honour the booking and have them changed regardless, they explained they were happy for me to get my MOT first. They also echoed my experiences with the TPMS system on my car (Vauxhall Corsa 2014) as being a bit tricky and that it wasn't uncommon for the auto-learn function to fail.

I'm grateful both for this friendly advice and that they allowed me to go get my MOT before messing with the system. This was my first time dealing with F1 Autos but won't be the last - I'll be returning to have those sensors replaced and a couple of new front tyres very soon! Cheers guys.

Polite staff, highly competent and fair price.

Shocking service, gave car back in an unsafe condition/ dangerous losing steering 2 days later, at a roundabout, then said bring it back so they could have another go!

Spoke to the manager who has just put his head in the sand.

I wouldn’t give them a bicycle to work on. Let alone a motor vehicle.

F1 Autocentre Newport Pagnell!! Used to be good but gone downhill!! Had my MOT done here recently was quoted an amount that I would have considered the car a write off, then when my partner looked over the quote it was for parts that didn’t even fit my car(rear discs, callipers and pads when my car has rear drums) they then repaired the drums for the mot at a price I was happy to not consider the car a write off. Not even a month later my brakes decided to fail on me! Took back to them and was quoted £618 to have them fixed. I took to another garage at this point who told me I didn’t even need half of what F1 autocentre quoted me for and that the work that F1 autocentre had done on the drums had to be undone!! The new garage charged me £380. Will not be using f1 again!!

Spoke to someone at your customer care team and was advised they would call me back but nothing!

Great price, great staff and great service. Will use again for sure.
