Positive experience, nice, helpful staff and quick service

Arrived at the apointed time, MOT commenced straight away, all went well, good service, polite staff.

Had a very good experience at this garage. Nathan was extremely helpful and talked me through the problems with my car when i was completely lost before. His communication was fantastic and my car was in safe hands and the turnaround was quick with my car now running better than ever.

Nathan and the team were super helpful and dealt with more car promptly. Got what I needed with good value and good service. Nothing more you can ask for!

Nathan was very professional and helpful. Not knowing much about the process and my car etc as it doesn’t typically interest me, Nathan guided me through the process and kept me informed at all times throughout my full service. Would highly recommend!

I recently visited the branch having been recommended by a friend of mine. I needed some tyres fitted and spoke to the manager Nathan who was really very helpful. The service was quick and I would definitely use them again.

I had previously replaced my tyres with F1 and got a guarantee. I had a puncture and they repaired it the next day free of charge. Nathan was very helpful and explained what needed doing. I had to take my car in the following week as air con not working and Nathan on the desk explained to me what they do and why. He was very professional and helpful. I have had my car serviced and MOT at F1Autos for several years and found them very thorough with good customer service. I have already recommended F1Autos to a friend.

I had 4 new tyres and tracking done. The ride and handling is much improved a much smoother ride and a general feeling of better control. The quality of Jermaine the technicians work is superb. Nathan who is the front desk guy actually knew all about tracking and was able to explain its possible benefits in great detail and what it entailed, I have tried to get tracking done in the past but was always put off as it not being necessary the machines not working or unable to do it for weeks.
Both Jermaine and Nathan provided a friendly and positive service. I am pleased to have used Formula One Autocentres.

I attended the below appointment on Tues and after a few hours I have been told the air regas cannot be done as your machine is broken. I was offered a refund or comeback on the following day or another date.

I choose to come back and made a booking for 830 on 6 Aug. When I travelled for 1 hour and arrived on time for the new appointment, the staff told me the they can still not do my air con since your machine is not fixed yet. This is BS as if you book me in for something and if you cannot do it, can you at least have the curtesy to give me a call ask me not to come? I have wasted 2 hours travel time on a saturday morning and travel cost.

In addition your staff at Woodford Green said they cannot even give me a refund and ask me to contact head office for that. This is not acceptable as if you cannot do something you should refund immediately and not to add more admin burden to your customer.

I had a slow puncture and visited the South Woodford location.
Nathan managed to get me in without too long a wait, and the puncture was soon repaired and I was on my way.
The service and pricing were excellent, so I highly recommend.

I just had new brake pads on my Audi and it is true that Formula 1 simply can't be beaten on prices. I made significant savings compared with what an Audi dealer would have charged. The manager, Charlie, was excellent. Thoroughly professional, very friendly , humorous and welcoming. I was there reasonably early for my appt and was seen to immediately .What I like and it has been my previous experience with the same branch, is the no beating around the bush approach and no pulling the wool over your eyes when it comes to their assessment of what needs to be done. Highly recommended .

Waiting 2 hours for Mot in Woodford green I didn’t like my experience here no one talks with you I have to ask them I my car was still there when the Mot guy was already finished and no one again did nothing I always came to this garage do my car service but I’m thinking start looking for another garage.

I had a booking for 22/04/2022 4pm in Woodford green store, I went to the place earlier as requested on the booking confirmation around 3:20pm, after been waiting for almost 2h as you can see on the pictures, I asked the receptionist about my car, and the answer was “we don’t have your tyres”
They made me waiting for almost 2 hours and I’ve been informed only when I asked, otherwise I could be there waiting until now.
Even the plastic seat and fit cover haven’t been removed.
The service wasn’t great and I wouldn’t get back there although I paid already.
I don’t recommend that company.

as requested by the receptionist I came back on saturday to change my tires, first I called the store via phone to really make sure my tires had arrived, I was informed by the receptionist that they had arrived, and that I was supposed to think about removing my review, arriving at the store when i identified myself the very rude receptionist started to insist that i remove my review from trust pilot, i asked him to do the service and then i would think about it, he asked me to wait at reception, ten minutes later he came back saying that my tires hadn't arrived, I really felt like a clown, wasting time once again.

Had an M.O.T. booked for 3.30. Arrived at 3.15 which was requested. Staff were polite and friendly. My car was tested by Chris Pritchard whilst I waited in the clean waiting room. Was told car had passed the M.O.T with advisories. Advised that alignment was needed at a cost of £45 and accepted the price and it was completed in a short time. Well done f1autocentre. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

First time experience at F1 Autocentres. Purchased 4 wheel replacement and wheel alignment service 2 weeks in advance. On the day, Chris, Jody & Edwin were courteous & very helpful whilst the work was carried out. I'll certainly make another booking after 40K miles..

Ordered 2 tyres on the net and arrived 15mins before appointment at 8.15 am as requested they didn’t open until 8.30. After booking in they eventually took the car into the workshop at 845. I was waiting outside as I thought from past experience fitting 2 tyres would take a maximum 40 mins. One and a half hours later they had still not finished and eventually told me the tracking was out of line. Having just had a service at a Land Rover main dealer i doubted this but went ahead with the work and gave them the benefit of doubt for a special price of £50 so he told me. After 2 hrs I eventually paid for the extra work and left. On arriving home I noticed a dent on my drivers door which definitely wasn’t there before it went in the garage but I doubt if I have any come back as I left without checking car my advice don’t go there if your in a hurry and check your car when you come out if you have to go there.

Car in for MOT. Testing started at time booked on and was completed at the time I was asked to return and collect.
Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Highly recommended

Called woodford green branch for a walk-in same day for a punctured tyre repair. Steve, the manager was accommodating. Service was quick, efficient and price was reasonable. Overall, I am now a follower and will recommend place for situations like mine.

First time using Formula One Autocentres. Very happy with the service and professionalism of the staff. Very competitive prices. Will be back again. Excellent.

Regional manager has been excellent in getting things sorted an issue sorted. Recommended.
