Fairly prompt. Photo quality was average. Packaging was minimal meaning photos could be easily damaged.

Easy to use program to compile my…
Easy to use program to compile my photobooks, photos are good quality and book is well put together. The books are produced quickly and I’ve received them within 10 days.
My only concern is that when packaged the books are not safe from water damage. They used to be covered in plastic film to keep dry, before being placed in the cardboard envelope.

Always great quality
I had spent months scanning photos that we had kept from my parents photo albums. I was lucky that we had names to put to the faces as the photos were quite old. They are now all in a book that my extended family can look at and see how things were in the past. I had also scanned love letters from my parents and wedding photos, telegrams and cards into another book.
The quality of the print and care with packaging and posting has never failed to disappoint me with all the books that I have done with them.
