Low quality puzzle and photos
The picture puzzle is such low quality that it's almost impossible to put the pieces together. The quality of the pictures is also fairly poor. I will not use your services anymore.

Fantastic Photo Book
My photo book was easy to make with the Fabness online platform. Uploading photos, adding boarders and patterns, ability to add subtle details for all sides and all pages is great. The finished product looked like a professional published book. Spending the time and effort to use the features makes for a fantastic finished product. Postage was fast and well packed.

Paid extra to have order delivered…
Paid extra to have order delivered quickly. Ordered this as a gift on the 15th of June for a birthday celebration on the 21st. Despite paying extra the gift did not arrive in time. It did arrive but a day later. I wonder if paying the extra made any difference.
