I had the doll sculpting package a week ago with Georgie at the MK location and I just wanted to thank you all for the amazing experience. Simon was very friendly and informative, which makes a huge difference when you’re greeted with someone who puts you at ease and takes the time to explain everything too. And Georgie was absolutely fantastic throughout, she is so knowledgeable and really talented with what she does! She’s also so lovely! I was so nervous as I hadn’t had any treatments for a couple of years but the excellent service just reinforces why I will never go anywhere else. I’m also sooo pleased with the results already. Thank you so much.

My last treatments were amazing at the clinic in London, it’s been just under two weeks since my treatments and last night I really saw the full results now it has settled. Hollie did an amazing job and was really lovely and friendly and made me feel so relaxed throughout. I don’t live in the UK anymore but will definitely be coming back again just for my treatments. Been coming to you now for just over a year and always been satisfied and happy. Thank you for keeping me looking fab as always. They really are the best to do this. I wouldn’t trust anyone else xxx 😘

I’ve visited Faces MK a few times, and always been happy with my lips, last month i opted for the side profile package.
I was so nervous but excited at the same time, Georgie couldn’t have been more friendly an reassuring, she really made me feel at ease, I couldn’t be happier with the results, everyone is so friendly , id definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I loved my treatment so much, I’m going back next month and I honestly cannot wait, everyone is professional and it’s very clean.

Surely I can’t be the only person that has left here looking botched???? And still looking botched - present day. Over filling, using more filler than what was asked or booked in for?? So more money going into their pockets.

Gaslighting you that it’s just swelling and to wait two weeks for final results when in reality they’ve botched tf out of your face. It’s not swelling it’s just the way they’ve distributed the filler.

Left the clinic feeling uneven and very ugly. 2 weeks on I still feel uneven and ugly. Stop overfilling and putting huge concrete balls of filler into peoples faces it isn’t cute! Pointy cheeks, pointy chins, squared jaws like cmon??? Your work is horrendous you get too needle happy have you ever heard that less is more! Natural tweaks is the way but you lot seem to like turning women into strong faced looking males. If you like looking masculine this is the place for you, if you don’t stay far away. FYI this is Milton Keynes branch.

I had a booking in Paris in May this year. I'd booked a full package with 7ml fillers, rhinoplasty + tip lift, profilho skin booster and 3 areas botox. I was quoted 950€ for all. I was only injected 5ml instead of 7, had no skin booster and, after asking for it twice, was injected something under the eyes instead which I had not asked for. I was told I couldn't get too many results on the first booking which was fine but then I was heavily bruised for 3 whole weeks and once the bruising was gone, it was like I had nothing done. Nobody believed I had filers or botox because my forehead is moving fine (no botox activity whatsoever), my nose is still exactly the same, my lips as thin as ever, my jawline/chin the exact same, etc. the fillers are just non existent. I have no idea what was put into my face and when I contacted them they said I can't get results the first time. I travelled hours to Paris, paid almost 1000 euros for zero result, this is unacceptable and I do not recommend the clinic. I know they will come up with more excuse about my results but nothing can excuse the ZERO result for the price I paid. The injector was Chanelle by the way.

After my first appointment with Geogie at Faces MK i never went back to my old aesthetician because it was a much more professional experience with better results!!

Had filler and polynucleotides by Danielle this afternoon at the Hazel Grove clinic in Manchester. I’ve been having filler, Botox, threads etc for over 10 years, I’ve had all sorts done by numerous aestheticians. I’ve struggled to find someone this last few years that actually listens to what I want and is also capable of doing it. Im so happy with what Danielle’s done, I'm going back next month for more polynucleotides and to get my lips that were done elsewhere sorted. 🫶🏼

I visited the Newcastle clinic for Botox and Nurse Lily was fantastic! Lily was so gentle and her analysis of my face and placement of the product is the best I’ve ever had and I’m so happy with the results. Will definitely be back for more treatments, this company really looks after and values their clients and obviously their staff too as they’re so pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you!

As always Georgie is just the best. She guides and advises on the best outcome for my skin. Her ability to achieve the perfect results is what makes her different from anyone I’ve been to before. The staff at Faces are so helpful, knowledgable and keen to help you get your desired outcome. Never had an issue and would highly recommend anyone to visit.

I was a little nervous being a new place but my nerves where soon put to rest by the welcoming staff
My treatment was explained in detail to me and how I wanted to look was listened to and delivered. Georgie was fantastic and really happy with my results

Honestly I don’t know where to start
The new clinic is beautiful and super easy parking right outside.
From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a very warm welcome, the receptionist was so lovely ( sorry I forgot her name) talked about all the other treatments they offer and made conversation with every lady waiting in that waiting room.
I was soo nervous to set foot in the building with my silly anxiety in full swing but seeing this lady be so welcoming it already set my mind at ease.
I went on to have treatments with Georgia, she’s such a beautiful person inside and out, I told her how nervous I was and just from our conversations i instantly felt at ease. Honestly I couldn’t rate this place enough the staff and treatments I had are 10/10.
I’ve left the place today feeling more like myself and more confident, I can’t wait to go back and get some more things done.

‼️Women of color‼️ do not go to the newcastle branch. (I have to post this review at this branch, because newcastle unit has no option to place reviews. Its obvious that they got more bad reviews going on and they do not want people to know). But since its 1 ceo with many branches, people should be made aware of the bad services at the newcastle branch!)

As a woman of color i went to the newcastle branch, last januari 2025th. I got all my work done by stacy.

We are 3 moths further and i still have visible marks of the botox i underwent. Without any make up, it looks like i have a black eye.

I was informed that bruises and swelling would take up some weeks to be healed. But this is no where near healing, its a permanent mark!

I got botox for the jawline, under the eyes for the tear trough, in my upper lips and nose and had a fox eye thread treatment.

The issues all started with the foxeye.
After getting that done, in the middle of the night, i sneezed really hard. Which led to a snap/pop on 1 side. Frantic as i was, i tried to reach out to faces to let them know what happened.

Mind you, i came all the way from amsterdam to newcastle. Booked a flight and hotel.

So when the snap/pop happened i was still at the hotel.

After immediatley reaching out to faces in the night, it took them forever to reply. I said i have a flight later in the evening to go back home. I asked if its possible for me to still come by in the remaining hours that i have left so they could check what happened.

They tried to reach out to stacy, who was very hard to reach. They then told me they got a hold of her and they gave my number and she would reach out. Mind you that was right before i had to check out the hotel at 12.

Since it obviousley was not a priority to stacey, she ended up contacting me between 4/5pm, about 1 hr before i had to be at the airport.

She video called me, i explained what happened. She then tried to reasure me that this is normal. But i found out much later it isnt! Yes your threads should dissolve over a time period. But that does not mean that the threads should pop in less than 24hrs.

It is obvious that the thread was not done properly,otherwise it would not have popped so soon. But how could i be surprised. When i was at faces it was very busy with a full waiting room, only 1 practisioner(stacy) and all these people needed to get helped. So i felt the treatments i had done were rushed. She didnt really take her time to do it properly.

Regarding the fox eye, all the tension i felt when the thread was still active, was totally gone. In contrary to the other side where you can still feel and notice the tension.

We AGREED upon a videocall check up 2 weeks after this call. But when the date came, stacy did not have time, and had all these urgent other pressing things going on. She said she would reschedule. Till this day i have not heard back from her. It is obvious that all that mattered was my money! Very poor aftercare they have!

The fact that they knew i was from another country and knew i couldnt just pop in any other given day to come do a check up, should have made me a priority to them, and should have make me visit them before i left!.

Beside the failed fox eye, the permanent mark i have from the tear trough procedure is horrible! I feel i was botched on those 2 procedures and that nothing really significant happened to me when it comes to improving my face features.

All the beautiful pics and videos i saw of women of color who went to faces, where in america. Where its obvious they are much more skilled in sculpting and improving womens fysique. Here in europe/uk they do all the basics what they do to women who arent of color and apply it to women of color, when our faces and skin are soo different!

Therefor as a women of color i do NOT advice you to go to faces in UK. If you have the opportunty to go to america or somewhere where the practisioner really is skilled in women of color, go there. Do not loose your money or get botched up like me.

I really regret i wasted my money like that and didnt do my research more carefully.

Nonenof the pretty women of color you see on the pages of faces, were treated in UK. Just so you know!

The MK branch were amazing and saved me!!
2 weeks ago I booked 1ml November discount deal hoping to split it between lips and chin or maybe cheeks. I arrived at the MK branch I had come to 8 months prior to find the shop gated up. Checking my appt details on Instagram I realised I'd accidently booked at the Manchester branch! They called me to ask if I was running late and when I explained they were so understanding and helpful, and put me in touch with the MK branch explaining they have a new location which is provided upon booking. As I had booked time off work for this appointment I dm'd and called Mk Faces who called me back straight away. The gentlemen told me not to worry and to come down to their new clinic asap which they had only moved into a week ago, explaining they were fully booked but will fit me in! He gave helpful instructions on parking and how to locate them within the new building. He greeted me on reception and made sure I was now comfortable and happy (I was pretty upset on the phone at my mistake as I didn't have any more time off work I could take!) and said as I have had quite the morning, he is happy for the clinic to split the 1ml between lip and chin filler even though the discount was for lips only. I was only sat waiting and chatting happily for 5 minutes and Georgie was able to see me! I explained to her exactly what I wanted (natural but noticeable) and that I've only had lip filler before, she did my lips and chin amazingly and well prepared me. Georgie was so lovely and complimentary and we even shared laughs throughout an appointment that involved needles! This is my third time coming to Faces and the staff always treat me so amazingly, however on this appointment in the new branch the team really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and I cant commend them higher for their customer service and friendly calming treatment. I'll never go anywhere else and have already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so - thanks to much to Georgie and the team! xx Amy :)

I can’t thank the girls in here enough, Ashleigh on reception was lovely and Chanelle who did my treatments was amazing
I didn’t feel a thing and couldn’t be happier with the results
