We found it easy to order. The follow up conversations with staff was excellent. A pristine delivery with I must say an excellent mobility scooter. We have every confidence of an efficient follow up service if required.

First time scooter purchase so wanted to clarify a few things before committing to buy. Staff answered all my questions and advised me as to the best choice to meet my needs. Scooter ordered and arrived within a couple of days. Great service all round!

Have had excellent service from the start when I first made an enquiry to purchase my electrically folding mini car scooter.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff who provided all the necessary information and answers to my questions. My scooter has been brilliant and provided me with greater comfort to travel further and longer with my young daughter on day trips and holiday adventures 😁

Terrible
Terrible. Ordered a scooter which was apparently damaged in the warehouse. Asked for a refund and still haven't got it three weeks later. Director has emailed to say he will wait for the credit card company to write to tem, then he will issue a refund. AVOID.

Costumer service is none existence,........ just hopeless....
I ordered and paid for my new scooter on 16/6/18 and it arrived today 31/9/18 with a little bit effort they could be the best
so its up to you.... if you want it ...NOW... Don't bother ....BUT.....if you want nice people and a cheep scooter at the end of it , Well F O S is the place to go Your choice

If you are looking for a new scooter Do NOT go to factory outlet i bought brand new scooter last year and its had faults they have taken it back to fix and ive had to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get it back this time they say there was nothing wrong tried to rip me off with 2 new batteries wanted £300 when you can get them half the price and then charged me £50 before they would bring it back i paid this and still not got it ive rang and emailed but they just ignore they took it 4 weeks ago and i still havent got it back now i have to wait till the driver is in this area what have i paid £50 for customer service is nil I would NEVER use them again STAY CLEAR
