Fairview were contacted to initially replace all windows on the front and side elevation of my property and also the front door. From the initial discussion at their Widnes showrooms with Chris O’Neill through to fitting and commissioning we had a very positive experience. Chris advised on his company’s new products and constructively advised on options. There was no pressure or unease in this helpful process.
Following our initial discussions the job progresses to an assessment stage which resulted in a costing for the job. We were pleased to progress and a surveyor undertook a comprehensive and detailed assessment of the job to finalise the components.

We were so pleased we extended the job to include coordinated and complimentary soffits, gutters and downspouts.

The installation team were careful and considerate while working in and outside the property. Engaging and professional throughout. Really pleased with the completed job and we have had many compliments from friends and family regarding the transformation.

Can’t praise Fairview enough and from start to finish the staff remained engaging, professional and helpful throughout. Would have no hesitation in recommending Fairview to friends or family for a first class job! Well done and thank you.

Replacing all the windows and doors in our house was a big step for us but we were lucky to be given a recommendation to Fairview when we gathering quotes. Not the cheapest but absolutely excellent in all parts of the process. The administration was top notch, our fitters, Neil and Paul, were superb, and the product itself was even better than we anticipated. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish , we have had a fantastic service from all of the team at Fairview. We were recommended by a friend originally and they came in with a fair price against other companies. We had 3 patio doors and a front door. Beautiful quality and very clean and tidy, the fitters couldn't do enough and answered all my questions. Very good, I would highly recommend.

Having a new feature window fitted in a couple of weeks by Fairview along with a replacement unit in front door and repair to opening mechanism on window.

I’ve previously used a cheaper local company for replacement glass but experienced missed appointments and the window unit blown within 6 years out of warranty!.. Fairview has said they give 10 years which is great!

Excellent professional job. Had a conservatory roof fitted and Fairview have been excellent from start to finish.

Sales person was knowledgable and not pushy, the 2 men that fitted the roof were professional and did a quality job. Plasterer and Electrician top notch and the 2 men who came to do the final fix were brilliant.

I would highly recommend this company, I suspect they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We wanted a quality job which is what we got. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish , from choosing the design I wanted to getting a quote within 24 hours . Measured up and installed within about 4 weeks . The workmen left it all tidy after they had finished and I love my new windows and doors .

In the last five months we have had two new doors and four new windows fitted by 'Fairview Windows Ltd'. We have now had all our windows and doors replaced by 'Fairview' within the last twelve months.

I rarely write a review but after this experience I just need to. We have recently renovated our home and had such terrible service and tradesmen I had almost lost faith in the industry. We then chose Fairview to replace our front door and the experience was seamless from start to finish. I cannot rate them highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone...in fact I just did to our neighbour!

When a roof panel on my 35 year old conservatory slid out of place I contacted Fairview Windows Ltd. I was quoted a very reasonable price to dismantle and remove my old conservatory, then erect a new one on top of the existing brick walls. With such a favourable price I decided to have them replace the window and door at the rear of my garage. The two man team who installed the window and door also dismantled the old conservatory, then constructed the new one. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient in every aspect of the work undertaken, an asset and a credit to Fairview. Once the work was completed it was inspected by Chris the managing director who took the time for a chat over a cup of coffee. Every aspect of this project was handled in an extremely professional manner. Now I am the proud owner of an excellent new conservatory and would certainly recommend Fairview Windows Ltd.

Really impressed by the whole experience of having my window replaced with a door. Superb communication throughout with advice. Extremely quick fitting and they left the site clean at the end of each day. High quality job for a great price. Would absolutely use this company again.

We’ve used Fairview for many many years. The first time was to fit double glazing to the house, followed some years later by a conservatory, then soffits and guttering and then putting a solid roof on the conservatory they’d fitted years before. They have always offered us a fair and excellent service and that is why we keep going back. I know I can rely on them. My most recent contact with Fairview has been to replace some of the units that have started to fail in our double glazed windows because of their age (I should really be replacing them). Once again I’ve been offered excellent service and a no job is too small approach. Thanks to all staff I’ve been in touch with and particularly Norman who always does a fantastic job. From start to finish we received an exceptional service from fairview. We have had 2 bay windows installed at my elderly father in laws and fairview went above and beyond to accommodate what we needed. From initial contact to installation we had a turn around of approximately 6 weeks. The fitting team on the day were absolutely amazing. They were polite, helpful, pleasant, understanding, clean and tidy and the new windows look fantastic - exceptional all round.

I've used Fairview twice now, they are exceptional all-round. The thing that stands out for me though is the customer service, had a slight issue with my door and the installer came out and resolved it straight away.
