Farmhouse Pizza Avis 

Food 50 minutes late.... Was good but not so for past 3 or 4 delivery's always late

Order was very very late and after a few calls we cancelled the order. Next time we wanted to see if they could redeem themselves but called.... they won’t take our order.... we now use pizza Gogo. Much better pizza and always on time.

First time ordering from Farmhouse Pizza, the menu looked appetizing however the pizzas were disappointing, best described as bland at best. Stingy on toppings and was not sure there was any kebab on the kebab pizza. Doubt if we'll order again, there must be better out there.

Pizza not cooked properly and to much salt on it taste like they have put the whole tub on it

Absolutely rude staff (claimed he was the manager). Would not listen to my complaint about pizza being too small (I offered to send him a photo with ruler but wouldn't give me a number) then accused me of never having ordered a pizza before. If you own this restaurant this member of staff needs disciplining/firing.

I am very upset disgusting customer service pizza was burnt flavourless and cold Farmhouse pizza in Sudbury wembley shame on you.

Fast delivery and lovely food. Easy to order online and pay. I also found the communication and update info on your order very good.

Usually ok. Tonight's pizza was lukewarm. Delivery guy insisted I pay even though the receipt clearly showed I'd paid over the phone. Don't get duped.

Great pizza, even if sometimes they bussy and takes longer to deliver.

Just got my pizza wrong one and rang them and told them! Not my problem was the response

I used farmhouse Pizza in Reading oxford road earlier today, when received pizza it was over cooked, cold & badly cut. When we complaint manger from shop he was very angry over the phone & was dismissive of our complaint. I went to shop & try to talk to manger/owner but he was still very angry & rood to us also refuse to give us receipt as it was not given to us on delivery. I had to call 999 as I felt this conversation will end off in fight & after speaking to 999 Opreator he gave me receipt, thank good I now at least have proof that I paid these criminals money & may have some rights to go to consumer court for compensation. Please avoid being cheated & go to reputable place at least you will get good pizza & wont be insulated.

Honestly I do like the pizzas but they are no good at delivering. Lost count how many times they haven't received my online order after I have received email confirmation stating that the order has been placed with a delivery eta and everything maybe they just forget to check for online orders or their I.T team need to Nick up their ideas. Not nice when you've waited over an hour for a pizza that was never coming in the first place and it happens way often, Never ordering again. Papa John's every time now. Absolutely appalling from start to finish.

Short version - terrible, from the driver asking to use our loo 'quickly' which in reality was him having a poo! To the manager actually arguing and SHOUTING down the phone at us when store was called! Cannot actually believe it.

Long version.
- Food takes well over an hour to arrive
- Temperature of everything lukewarm at best
- Driver needed the loo so came in
- husband had to stand and hold our dog the whole time as driver was afraid of them
- when he had finished having his poo (!) we advised stuff was missing, he said he was popping back to his car to get it so my husband carried on waiting.
- after a while it transpires he's actually driven off!
- call the restaurant - staff argue instead of trying to resolve the issue.
- when asking for refund told no refunds are given.
- escalated to manager, manager was even ruder and in the end SHOUTED at us refusing to accept anything was wrong with the service, the food and no refunds would be given.

Absolutely appalled that they find it acceptable to treat customers in this way. And a no refund policy would indicate we are not an isolated incident and its a regular occurrence.

Finally if you want to know about the food - lukewarm NEVER tastes good.
