Farmland Supplements Avis 42

Like most of the reviews here overcharged. My bank rang me & said they were cancelling my credit card to stop further subscriptions, which I didn't sign up for. I'm going to take it to Fair Trading, these scammers need to be closed down.

My elderly mother bought these “weight loss” gummies. She was unknowingly signed up to a subscription to receive more on a regular basis and was unable to cancel it.
I stepped in and cancelled the subscription and organised a return of the last parcel that had been sent for a refund.
I then had to do an awful lot of chasing and following up and still have not received the refund.
This company is a disgrace.

This place is a shame. Item foreground $70 and they took $369, rang them but they wouldn't refund. Noticed today I have another order on the way that I DID NOT purchase and another $369. Have sent email and will ring tomorrow. Needless to say I'm not happy.

I only put 1 Star because I couldn't proceed without it. The relevance to Dr Teo and tis product PROBIOTICS is more than questionable. Yes. Quote $75?? and charge $369? seems to be a common issue with Farmland Supplements. The advertisement states 1250mg ? Product 250mg. My concern is they now have my Bank Details so shall have to get a new Bank Card. I received another email today with more excuses.

Falsely supplying me with an ongoing subscription. Not sure if the capsules even work

I ordered supplements at $369.75 in October last year. They didn't work. Unknown to me, they signed me up for a subscription I didn't authorise and another package arrived with a new debit to my card of $369.75. I eventually got hold of someone who asked me to return them and provide a tracking ID from Aus. post and they would refund. I did this on 6/1/26 and have not been able to contact them since. Stay away from this mob, they are corrupt thieves.

I ordered supplements for my arthritis at $369.75 a month ago. They didn't work. Unexpectedly I received another parcel this month and was charged another $369.75 without my authorisation. I am having trouble contacting them but will update my review if I have any success. Stay away from this company.

If I could give these guys 0 I would. I received their product and didn’t find it worked. 3 months later I received 3 more and was debited $276. I must have done some sort of auto re order by mistake. Phoned them and was advised how to return product for a refund. Well, registered post costs, product sent back and 3 .5 months later, no refund. Save your money. Their product is useless and they lie

We originally ordered a once off purchase in October 2025 for Element Organics Hemp Gummies for a family member with a chronic illness.
These gummies did not work.
We had another package arrive in January 2026; we did not authorise this payment. We phoned the customer service team & spoke with Lily. Lily was the most unpleasant customer service representative I have EVER spoken too. We requested a refund - Lily said no. We asked to speak to a manager - Lily said no.
Lily was rude, obnoxious & should probably look for another job better suited to her poor attitude; something nothing to do with helping customers.
Lily, you have ruined this business reputation.
This is fraud.

They didn’t work, then we received another batch of this product without giving them consent
When calling the hotline number Lily answered and was very rude would not listen and when I asked to speak to a manager she said no I cannot believe such poor service. I cannot believe that businesses are allowed to do this and say we subscribe to it. we didn’t we don’t want the product, but we have to at our cost. Send them back. I would never ever ever buy this product ever again. It’s a scam. Thanks for ruining my day Lily you rude obnoxious woman.

Scam. They keep repeating the order and charging you even though you only order once. Stay far away from this company.

After rippinng so many of us off I now see their Phone number is disconnected and their live chat is utfa as well, Bastards.

Anyone had any success in getting anything out of these people?

This is a bad company rip off people’s money. I bought 3 bags goat milk powder but I received 2 bags of corn milk powder. Disappointed!!!

This company automatically charges you for another refill. They tell you you ticked the box requesting a refill. Do not purchase off this company, they deny everything and blame you. I definitely did not re-order or tick the re-order box and did not realise until the charge came through on my card. They do not send out the tracking number at time of dispatch deliberately not alerting you to the theft of your money. They very quickly sent half the money back when I told them it was theft but refused the balance until I returned the product. I told them they will regret doing this to me and I will pursue the balance. Following on from this, they have now reversed the money back. This business should be shut down by someone

Total scam. Ordered ONE bottle in September. 5 arrived and charged for (369.00)
I emailed them, received an immediate offer of 50% refund, and keep the 5 bottles. I accepted, only because I wanted to try them to see if they would do what the advertising claimed, in which case I would have bought more. The gummies were No help to me whatsoever, then last Friday, another 5 bottles arrived, complete with another $369.00 charge. My bank said I cannot dispute the charge until I give them a chance to refund the money. No reply to my now daily emails, so I guess I am not going to get a reply. I will try the disputed charge process, but think I may not succeed because I accepted a partial refund for the first lot. In which case, a VERY CUNNING SCAM, as the will have about $557.00 of my money, and I will have to replace my credit card etc plus very sadly, other legitimate merchants will miss out on my trade, as it has scared me off online shopping.

Farmland Supplements is fraudulent and totally untrustworthy. They overcharged me, then promised a refund, which hasn't been honoured nearly three months later, after about ten emails from about eight different staff names. Do not buy anything from them under any circumstances.

My complaint follows the same experience. Got supplied (and charged) more than I ordered PLUS they then charged my c/c for a 'repeat' order. The product is also totally ineffective. Tried emailing them but got only one (meaningless) reply. $6oo totally wasted.
A very elaborate scam.

Absolute bare faced scam. Like others here I thought I ordered one bottle got 5 charged $369. Put it down as experience and my stupidity. Then they sent me another 5 bottles Charged without authority another $369. Have now advised my bank I have been scammed. Rang them three times to find out where I can return.3 times they said they'll send an email that does not arrive. I see from other posts this is just their motis operandi. On the last call the fellow said it might take 24 hrs as it is a "special email" total bullshit.

I would rate it zero if I could. Took my money. Nothing received. Rang them and spoke to “Jacob”, who informed me my money would be refunded in a few days. When I asked why they had so many bad reviews he told me it wasn’t his area.
I put in a fraud complaint with my bank.
DO NOT DEAL with this company. SCAM.
