Five star pleasant and efficient.
I ordered the wrong mower blades for a colleague. HIS fault (wrong description) so I then sent a photo to Farm Tech of the blades needed. They all at Farm Tech (Terry in particular) were amazingly helpful and pleasant on the phone. Three correct blades which I paid for were sent and they arrived the next day. I returned the incorrect blades and received the credit in two working days. It is not possible for things to be easier for a layman (me) or quicker.

The subsequent email exchange was quick and easy and I was able to order off the back of an email rather than having to go back and do an online order. Overall helpful, quick and easy to deal with. Excellent communication and very quick delivery
Ordering was simple via a helpful assistant. Item was promised within three days. As it happened it was delivered a day early. Landscape rake that I bought looks really solid and of good quality.

The purchase on line was straight forward. The information from Farm Tech was good the goods arrived on the date they said it would. The item a Drag Harrow was as per catalogue. Therefore one satisfied customer.

Winton 5″ Wood Chipper
From the friendly and helpful sales process, to the helpful delivery service arranged to suit me, the whole experience has be excellent. Based on the first use of the chipper it seems to be well built and very efficient. I'm very pleased with my purchase
