Item Not as described

I purchased silver watch today with what was supposed to be a sky blue face. I was very disappointed as when it arrived it was infact a dark blue/navy face. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered a week ago before midnight and hasn’t been shipped even until today, my birthday is on Sunday and I don’t have a dress!!!!

The reply from fashionmae is a lie

The reply from fashionmae is a lie, they said on the 15th it had shipped, then emailed me on the 20th to say it had not ship but was now shipping, as i said keep tge item I've had a refund, and you as a company had it ask why i wanted a refund, when you emailed me on the 20th to say you had problems with the courier!! And still no tracking! Do not deal with this company!
Also you they no longer take amax now I've made sure of this 25 years loyalty gets you something!
This company also goes under mae clothing and london mae, where they should have a shop in london but they dont!! Go read review on mae london and mae clothing if you don't think they are a scam!!
Also notice how all good reviews but one come from Holland, strange how only the dutch give it good reviews when they are based in Holland but no fixed address and the only contact number is a mobile number, all company's have an address and land line!
I've warned you they are a scam, and there emails are all cut and paste!

I’m having an absolute nightmare trying…

I’m having an absolute nightmare trying to receive the item I ordered on December 6th. It's now the 21st, and it still hasn’t even been dispatched from the warehouse—absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, I was charged an "insurance" fee that’s supposed to protect me, but it offers no protection whatsoever. I’ve been writing to Fashion Mae, but all I get are generic, unhelpful responses thanking me for reaching out. That’s not what I need—I just want my coat before summer arrives!

Terrible service and quality

Terrible service, don’t ever buy from this store. They charged me twice for one dress. Said they would refund then I checked a few months later it wasn’t done and made up excuses about having account issues! I had to get my credit card bank to deal with them to get refunds, they offered to send me the dress for free to close the dispute and when the dress arrived it was differed to the one advertised and material was terrible.

Do not use this store

Do not use this store. I placed an order and then wanted to cancel it immediately because I was going away and the items would not arrive in time and they were not exactly what I was looking for. I've been away and tried the dresses on but they don't fit. I emailed the company and because it's one week out of the 30 days of receipt, they will not allow me to return the dresses. Also, they only give store credit, not a refund on clothing.
