Request a quote from the company and provided several dates for them to come and review the property and volume of items that needed moving. After agreeing a date and providing the additional information they requested to confirm the time for the visit to create the quote, they never replied again and didnt turn up. Emailed to see if I just didnt provide the right information and to ask if they will reschedule and havent heard from them since.

Fast Forward were absolutely brilliant! We had a last minute, very stressful move and they were calm, helpful friendly and efficient. They managed to find us a second van when our stuff didn't fit, and were lovely to deal with throughout. Very reasonable, trustworthy, kind and professional. Highly recommended!

We went with removals and packing services. The team came in the day before to pack most items and was incredibly careful with our belongings, making note of what was in each box.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When the removal men turned up on the day, the job was clearly a little bigger than they had thought (still not a massive job - a small two bedroom flat) and they suggested they come back the following day with an extra person. They insisted this would be significantly cheaper for us. We said we would prefer them to just do what they could in the four hour minimum time that we had paid for and that we would pay per hour for anything extra, which the terms and conditions allow. They said again that this would cost us way more than if they were to come back the next day (which, if you do the maths, just isn’t true). We asked them to confirm twice that the £400 we had already paid for the four hour minimum time would be off-set against the new quote and twice they said that it would. They offered to do an estimate to obtain an accurate quote, email us with the quote later that day and come back the following day at 8am. They even put our bins out in the street to save a parking space! We then got an email from the manager saying the earliest they could do our move was three days later and that we would be charged for four hours of work for that day plus the new quote!

We made an error on the online form by forgetting to include one bed and we underestimated the number of boxes. But we clearly said it was a two bedroom flat. The only other pieces of furniture were two sofas and two chests of drawers and a small child’s wardrobe. We didn’t ask them to rearrange, they insisted that it would be quicker and cheaper for us. (They also mentioned they had a birthday party to go to that evening!) They were very persuasive. When we explained this to the manager, his response was that the removal man who said this did not have the authority to do so. They are unreliable, unprofessional and dishonest.

Friendly and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
Arrived on time, worked hard all day and knew what they were doing.
