Sentinel surveillance systems play a central role in infectious disease monitoring through tracking syndromic patterns for priority conditions at strategically selected clinical sites. However, as these systems capture symptomatic infections, they represent an incomplete view of population exposure and risk. We propose the integration of serological surveillance using multiplex bead assays (MBAs) into existing sentinel workflows in sub-Saharan Africa to expand the scope of these systems. Integrated serosurveillance would enable sentinel systems to identify immunity gaps, evaluate the progress of public health interventions, and inform risk assessments for future outbreaks. Using the example of a pilot studybiological sentinel surveillance system in Madagascar, we outline how this integration can be achieved within established infrastructures. We further discuss key methodological and operational considerations and the coordinated action needed to move this approach toward broader implementation across the African context.

Never use these people for any Auto repair or maintenance, as they have no idea about cars. They don't write a receipt for the work they do, and hence you have no proof of their work either.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with The Coach Training Academy (TCTA Fast Track) and its Founder & Director, Steven Kiges.

When I respectfully declined moving forward with their program, I was met with a response from the founder himself that was not only dismissive, but downright rude and bitter. Instead of a professional acknowledgment, I received a harsh email that felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional — especially coming from someone in a leadership position representing a program that claims to support growth, encouragement, and opportunities for individuals.

If this is the type of communication and attitude coming directly from the Founder and Director, I cannot recommend this program to anyone seeking genuine support or respectful interaction. Programs built around personal development and coaching should lead with compassion and professionalism, not hostility.

My experience makes me question how this program treats its participants, and I would encourage others to think twice before committing.
