Fay Nutrition is amazing and I’m glad I saw a friend post about it because I would not have found it otherwise. I love my nutritionist, Bea. She is so thorough, educational, caring and realistic. You can tell she is very passionate in her role as an RD. I’m so grateful to have found her through Fay and she’s helped not only me but my family as well!

My dietician is the best ever. Her name is Wyatt Todd! I would 1000% recommend her to anyone that wants to begin their healthy nutrition journey. She has helped me improve my gut health and just overall diet so much! I couldn’t have done it without her. I can’t wait to continue to meet with her and grow my knowledge on nutrition week by week.

I'm so happy I found Fay - and a wonderful dietician to boot! It's been so easy to use the app from start to finish, and they've gotten all my appointments covered by insurance so far. Seamless! I can't recommend Fay highly enough!

No responses to scam donation they charged me!

I made my first appointment and decided to cancel after reading reviews. So I didn't ever see anyone. However, Fay charged me $8 for a "donation" without my consent. I've been trying to reach them for months and no one has ever gotten back to me. It's only $8 but it feels so shady to charge me without consent and then not respond to my inquiries!

The virtual appointments were very convenient and fully covered by my Cigna insurance. The RD was professional, helpful, and incredibly patient.

I have zero copay in-network. Fay's website estimated $0 using my insurance details. 1st visit claim denied (out-of-network provider), says I owe $525. I put my card on-hold, knew what was coming. Today they tried to take $180 out of my account without notice. Fraud alert stopped them! They have no customer service or billing phone or email, didn't respond to multiple "billing requests" through the website. Oh, then I read about the lawsuits for charging clients a "donation fee" sneakily and also selling customer health data. Nope! Won't be using this company! If a company thinks I owe them $180 after they said $0 cost, they need to call me. No way is it OK for these companies to just reach into my account and take what they want whenever they want. Pound pavement fraudsters!
