The FD Plumbing and Heating plumber was excellent; very professional and helpful with any questions asked. He did a great job on both occasions when he did work for us. Very happy with all work carried out and cost of work. Would definitely use again.

It was very easy to book an appointment. Dmitry arrived early Nd was really pleasant. He fitted our outside tap and fully explained how everything worked. He was so helpful and did a great job. I will definately use again.

I have to update my initial review as the fix offered wasn't good - about a week after the fix a new leak appeared and we had to pay more to get it properly fixed. We had a shower leak which was due to the broken seal, since we were suspecting it was the seal we already told them we might need to have the whole shower seal re-done. However when the plumber came he wasn't prepared to redo the seal as he didn't have all the material required. He assured us it's enough to just patch the broken seal. A week later a new leak came in one of the places he patched, so the job wasn't properly done. We had to find someone else and pay to have the shower properly resealed. Overall it cost us more than if they would have done what was needed first time. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Great customer service and professional plumber who get the job done!

FD Plumbing recently installed an electric shower in our bathroom. The work was done within an hour, to a very high standard both in terms of safety and functionality, and the engineer was professional and courteous. Great job !!

Excellent service. I called to have one thing fixed and ended up fixing 4 things
- locating the cold water stop valve
- fixing a leaking sink
- servicing the megaflo
- connecting the megaflo hot water control to my nest system.

The booking and confirmation with this company went very smoothly and efficiently. Dimitri, who carried out the work, called me confirming his imminent arrival - he quickly identified the cause of dripping bath taps and replaced cartridges (after managing to obtain new ones). He only left after ensuring the job was successfully completed. Dimitri was friendly, obviously knowledgeable, and is a real credit to the company with his work ethic.
