Company in France ships goods with no signature and takes no responsibility for goods not delivered
Cet entreprise envoye les colis sans signature.
Mes achats ne sont jamais arrives.
Je prie la boutique de voir si ils peuvent intervenir avec la poste, pas réussi, il ne voulait pas s'impliquaient meme si le souci leur concerne complètement.
A mon avis, si je n'ai pas reçu mon colis c'est de l'entière responsabilité de l'entreprise soit de me faire livrer l'article acheté soit de me rembourser. Rien a été fait par cet entreprise.
I have bought goods from this company in France. They sent items of value by post with no signature. I have never received the goods and they absolutely have nothing to tell about it.
They advise me to contact the post, to contact the police but themselves they could intervene with their courier services in order to see where the package is but they do nothing, they are silent.
I have not received the goods and ordered on July 28, today is August 17, and they tell me nothing or help me with nothing.
