Great customer service
Your company was recommended by a local health shop who didn't stock what I wanted but was considering it. Ordering was easy and the delivery time was great. What I ordered is a Christmas present so I can't vouch for it's effectiveness. I can however say I had great customer service

Bad customer service
I was offered free delivery over £65. I was also offered 15% discount. My order came to £70. When I went to pay because I was given a 15% discount as a new customer I was being charged shipping. When I called up to complain I was told I needed to add to the order. They give with one hand and take with the other. I would not recommend this company. Out of spite they are offering a discount to anyone who reads this bad review. Not to be trusted. Yes the order was £70. With a 15% discount. Just rude.

Thank you for taking the time out to leave this review, inbetween the 4 days of emails and phone calls to us.
I believe that your review is very misleading as your order wasn’t £70.
Gary, as you’ve quite rightly mentioned, we offer free shipping on all orders over £65. Once an order is over £65, our website automatically defaults to free shipping.
Ontop of that, we also offer 15% off to new customers using the code NEWUSER.
As we’ve explained multiple times in reply to your emails and phone calls, your order value was below the £65 required for free shipping. Using a 15% discount on a £70 basket brings your order value to £59.50, which is £5.50 short of free shipping, but saving £10.50 on the total order.
You could have upped your order slightly and taken advantage of the 15% off, OR, just used one of those benefits.
I’m not quite sure what you mean in that “we give with one hand and take with the other” 🤔 We supply a product at an agreed price which you’re under no obligation to buy, nor are we under any obligation to offer free shipping or discounts.
But what we can offer is £5.50 off all orders over £65 for anybody reading this with the code “Gary”, in addition to the first time buyer discount.

Seems like a good and genuine company. I only ordered chlorophyll so far and it’s really good. The most potent one I have ever used and with the additional MCT oil it’s top notch. Looking forward to trying more products in the future.
