I purchased a $4000 cabinet which had “Feit Electric light strip and remote. I have to unplug the cabinet because the light will not stay off. The cabinet retailer has asked if he can replace the lighting. Feit shouldn't be allowed to sell crap... in researching seems I'm not the only customer having this issue. This product is unsafe.
Bought the doorbell
Bought the doorbell. A couple of issues. First, the customer service is a joke at best. i needed a replacment screw because I dropped one in the snow and couldn't find it. Contacted CS and asked for the screw size. Waited a couple of weeks for a reponse. They finally asked for the model number. Gave them the model and item number (they only make one doorbell so I couldn't understand why they needed that). Sent them that info. Waited another two weeks. Then they responded and said they needed a picture. I told them they should easily look up the info on their end. Then they asked for my full name and address. I told them they didn;t need that. They only needed to send me the size of the screw. They didn;t respond. I finally called the customer support phone numer. They didn''t know the answer. Said they would have to contact their engineering dept (all I wanted was the screw size which they did not include in the bill of material). They said engineering didn't know either but would send me a replacement. Still haven't received it. You are absolutely out of your mind if you trust this company. They gaslight you with constant requests (remember I only wanted the size of the screw so I could to buy it myself) .
On top of that I also have issues with the wifi not working. It is a very frustating product to work with and Customer Service (and I use that term lightly) is not worth the hassle. I am throwing this unit away. My blood pressure can't handle this company.

But I will never recommend this product to anyone. Unless you want am okay lightbulb for a month at best. This gives you that for an absurd amount of money. Trust pilot only let's you to rate within the last 12 months. I've absolutely been dealing with this problem for over 2 years. Buy literally anywhere else. The new ones are the same.

Worthless!
I got Feit Flashlight 1000 Lumens a couple of years ago, and one failed shortly after infrequent use, and the new one other never worked at all.
I contacted them - no response, so I filed a BBB complaint, and they finally replied and sent me 2 new 1700 Lumens flashlights, but one of them never worked either.
I contacted them - no response; I filed a complaint - they replied that someone would reach out to me shortly, but 2 months later nobody still got back to me.
Their Warranty web page requests a date code "located somewhere on the body", but neither 1000 nor 1700 Lumens pieces had any date code, which means that everything is made in China, and their nonexistent so-called "Support" don't even know that and don't bother to remove this date code info/instruction.
Worthless product and worthless nonexistent "Support"!

Should have zero stars. Product failed, contacted FEIT took them over a month to respond. Finally decided they would replace but it’s out of stock. Offered a replacement which as of 1 month later has not been received and FEIT hasn’t bothered to respond to any avenue of contact.
We purchased 3 sets of the 20 foot 10…
We purchased 3 sets of the 20 foot 10 socket string lights and found them to be.....just ok. The quality of the lighting was ok, but the bulbs were beyond fragile. Immediately, two bulbs shattered while just trying to hang them. We don't recommend them because the bulbs were not shatterproof.

Purchased the flush LEDR6XT_RGBW_CA_AG from Menards. Wireless sucks!!! If I could give a 0 I would. Messing with these for months and now I can't return. 16 feet from router and keeps loosing connection. Total crap
These bulbs aren't smart
Bought quite a number of these smart bulbs which have proven to not be so smart. They constantly go into pairing mode, and Ive repeatedly trued to add them to the app and can never get all the bulbs in the same room to connect. If there's 4 bulbs only 3 connect, if there's 2 only 1 connects, very frustrating. Always blinking and cant get them to stop or exit pairing mode...I do not recommend them.
Problem fixed by CS. Motion sensing not working on motion floodlight - no response from CS...
Edit: They took 4+ weeks from my initial contact to answer with a resolution and now I was told "if you respond to this email again it will restart the whole process"... So after a month of waiting for replacements for defective units that literally do NOT detect motion - one of their main advertised functions, I still have ZERO tracking, order info, or can't even respond asking for this information according to Maria or I will have to wait another 4 weeks... Seriously one of the most absurd sentences I've ever read in an email - do better!
The item was initially fine, I followed the instructions and set up my smart motion floodlights (I bought 2 from Amazon). After installing them, that night I went out to test the motion sensing - the red light on the motion sensor came on but nothing turned on in regards to the actual light. I messaged them and haven't heard back in a 1.5 weeks despite their support email stating they will respond within 24-48 hours...
Spare yourself the headache and shop elsewhere
Update! Feit electric corporate reached out to us and have now replaced the camera. Kudos for stepping up and making this right. Thanks to Maggie for taking care of us.
I have been speaking with Feit's 3rd party customer care from another country since May 2025. I have a $150 birdfeeder and the camera has gone bad. I have done everything asked, including send the camera back to the company. I am now meeting resistance in getting another camera and have sat on hold over and over trying to resolve this issue. It has become ridiculous. I have contacted Ace Hardware, and I will be letting them know about the customer service provided. No one wants to sell a product that reflects poorly on their business. The camera tracking shows it has now been in the hands of the company over a week. I feel that they have no intention of replacing this camera, so now they have my money and my non working camera. Do not purchase from them, they are located in California but have farmed out their customer service to another country that is impossible to understand and deal with. I have a warranty on this product until December 2025, and it is currently July 2025. I have been asking for a replacement for 90 days, and only got 5 months out of the camera before it refused to connect to wifi. No excuse for this behavior. Have integrity and stand behind your product.
Don't waste your money!
The app has not worked correctly since the updated version. Now it's telling me that the app has a bug. What good is purchasing camera's. If they don't work properly. Feit needs to go back to the older version. We NEVER had issues. Now we're looking into buying new a new security system. We called and feit is not doing anything to fix there problem.
Broke after only a month and a half
(Bit of a rant) I got their 5M LED strip as a birthday present and it worked great until suddenly after only a month and a half, it stopped working at a certain point of the strip which was only about 2 feet along the wire. It was at an angle but I had thought it was fine because I followed the instructions on the packaging of to not bend it over 90°, I folded it at 90° on the flat side where it was able to bend very easily. If you are looking for LED strips you are better off buying the cheap ones off amazon than this rubbish which makes itself seem good with their high price instead of their actual product quality. the only good thing about the product was that it was bright for the month and a half that it lasted, I am now having to spend more money to replace that light strip and there is a ZERO percent chance I will be getting that same one, even if I was gifted the same light strip again I wouldn’t set it up and would instead buy one of the cheaper ones off amazon
LED bulb falters after 3 years of moderate use
Bought their 5W (40W Replacement) Soft White (2700K) E26 Base A15 Clear Glass LED Bulb in 2022 at a hardware store and it began flickering (under normal power conditions) in 2025. An LED bulb only lasting 3 years is kinda pitiful. The color temp and brightness was great, but I expect a longer life out of a LED product. Their website claims it lasts 13 years if using for 3 hours/day. I admit I was using it for a lot longer than that per day (6-14 hours), but still other brands' LED bulbs can be in use 18 hours a day and still last >10 years.
Feit electric the worse place to spend your money
Purchased over 40 some sets of LED type b 8 ft bulbs supposed to last 50,000 hours they only lasted 2 months starting to try to get refund back took over two and a half months to get money back still dealing with bulbs going dark and dead Fiat electric says they're not going to cover the rest of the bulbs what a piece of crap company worst place to go ever what a waste of time they need to go out of business. Worst company ever when you make a bad decision think of Fiet electric.

Just do not work
Just another piece of modern technology that does not work, LED Smart light bulbs, wont pair with anything, non existent instructions, so disappointing.
App is just not intuitive will not recognise light bulbs even manually.
I think they are fine. Over a year now....
Not bad...I've been using Feit indoor plugs and bulbs for over a year. The only issue I have is for some of the plugs that are near end of the network reach...they become "non-reachable" to make changes but they still follow the schedule that they are programmed with. I also have speakers, vacuum, heat and A/C connected through the network and I think that Feit's products hold up well, function properly and while I know that there are hundreds of networked bulbs and plugs to buy, these are really good. They have held up for over a year now.
Light will not pair with phone
Light will not pair with phone. I tried 12 times. Step by step with instructions from Feit and nothing. Connected to our 2.4 GHz Wi-fi network, less than 2' from the router and still won't pair.
We will be returning this item.
