I bought a Gimbal that a component fell off after using it a handful of times. It was just over a year old, so the company didn't want to hear about it, that was after trying several times to receive correspondence regarding fixing it. One of the tripod feet, joints failed and it cannot be re-attached, which means it can no longer be balanced, thus completely useless. Don't believe all the fake Youtube reviews (their negative Amazon reviews are hidden), it's poorly made equipment with almost zero customer support.

The audio/sound quality on the pocket cams are VERY bad

I purchase their flag ship gimbal, Scorp Pro. I thought since I purchase their flagship unit that it would last but that is not the case. I have the Scorp Pro for less than 3 years and now the unit will not charge and they are telling me to send to China. Also if you are in the US they have no repair locations and you will have to ship to China, shipping to China is not cheap. I have to pay for shipping it and return shipping as well as parts and labor.
If you are in the US you are better off purchasing from a more reputable brand that has repair locations in the US. I will no longer purchase any Feiyutech products and will let my friends, family, and any photographers or videographers I know to stay away from the brand.

I backed pocket 3 on kickstarter, they told me firstly they need an additional cost for the shipping so they can deliver it to me and I send them the needed money, then they told me that they can not deliver it to me, and will refund me, this was since five months, and till now I didn't receive any refund, and they just writing back on email "be patient" and "thanks for understanding".

No recomiendo comprar sus productos. Son de mala calidad, se estropean rápido, la app es horrible y servicio de soporte más aún.

I bought gimbal 16th of May.
Today is 10th of July.
Gimbal is already not working, broken down.
There's no contact with technical support by phone or WhatsApp, chatt...whatever
Only email when feiyu-techt will on line cose they are busy busy busy.
I made a huge mistake to buy it.
Not recommend at all.

I ordered the Kica Pro but Evri/Hermes left it on my doorstep and it was stolen
Feiyu said they would replace it but it was no longer in stock so asked if I’d like the Kica 3 which was similar.
I agreed and they sent it very quickly and refunded the difference.

The massage gun is a double headed one and is really great. When used on areas like the neck it does not jar in the way a single headed one does which can cause me headaches.
I like the slider switch to change speed and the fact it has an on/off button that does not require you to press for a few seconds. This helps when using it quickly in the rest times between sets where long pressing on and also off would take up most of the time.
It is strong and effective. It had 3 modes; vibration, kneading and percussion. I’m happiest with the vibration mode but at times find the kneading one more suitable.
I’m more than happy to recommend both Feiyu and the double headed massage gun

Ho acquistato un prodotto feiyutech della serie ak. Il prodotto e validissimo fino al momento della sua cattiva funzionalità. I componenti interni ed esterni del resto sono molto fragili e avere un' assistenza che ti indirizzi anche al solo fine di poterli acquistare per la riparazione sarebbe utile. L' assistenza e tempestiva ma risponde alle tue domande con altre domande. Spostando l'interesse al vero problema. Probabilmente sono interessati a vendere prodotti nuovi invece di aiutarti per quello che hai acqustato profumatamente e intendi riparare. Infatti sul loro store vendono esclusivamente articoli nuovi senza proporti eventuali pezzi di ricambio. Rammento, che Questi articoli costano molto e non tutti possono permettersi di acquistarne di nuovi. Acquisterò un' altro stabilizzatore/gimbal professionale in futuro e non sarà sicuramente della feiyutech. Prodotto bello di alta qualità, ma assicuratevi che non si danneggi o sia difettoso anche da nuovo, altrimenti ciao al vostro denaro e il vostro bel gimbal...grazie

No response to the multiple emails, online chat or on Facebook. I have paid for my order and not got it. Not happy at all. Will be taking further steps to recover my money if nothing is done soon.

Customer service is horrible and unreasonable. The products are too expensive compared to their quality. I bought a gimbal and now the handle is stuck. I’ve used it three times. A known problem as customer service handed me instructions on how to get it unstuck with no luck. Really bad quality. Unfortunately I can’t find the receipt and their service are unwilling to replace it. It is a product they no longer produce and they have just one in stock which the argue they only will sell to me regardless if it’s a product they no longer sell or produce. That is a very greedy practice. Stay away and don’t buy these products.

Diciamolo subito: l’assenza di istruzioni in italiano si fa sentire, ma anche quelle in inglese, devo dire che sono abbastanza carenti. Il primo problema è nato sullo sblocco degli assi, sembra facile, ma a causa della carenza di istruzioni il primo dubbio è: così lo sblocco o lo spacco?
Questa è la sintesi della mia esperienza.

Pro
1. Attacco per la ricarica dello smartphone su un asse: può tornare utile. In realtà con una batteria esterna si carica il Gimbal che a sua volta carica il telefono, ma per farlo, il telefono deve essere messo in verticale sul Gimbal.
2. Prolunga telescopica molto stabile, treppiedi smontabile, laccetto con clip di regolazione.
3. Adattatori per telefoni Android/IOS.
4. Attacco dello smartphone molto stabile, con utili scanalature che servono a non premere i pulsanti laterali.
5. App in italiano.
6. Indubbiamente stabile: fa il suo dovere.

Contro
1. Le istruzioni sono solo in inglese: la differenza tra le varie funzioni non è affatto chiara.
2. Il tasto messa a fuoco è in una posizione non comoda: bisogna usare l’altra mano per usarlo.
3. Non è leggerissimo, in un uso intenso il peso si fa sentire.
4. La modalità di utilizzo viene cambiata premendo più volte in sequenza i tasti: bisogna avere una buona memoria per ricordare cosa succede premendo due volte o tre volte un tasto.

Il face tracking contrariamente a quanto si legge nelle faq (unico posto dove si fa riferimento alla funzione), almeno sul mio telefono, si attiva toccando lo schermo in corrispondenza della faccia.

In sintesi, mettete in conto un po’ di smanettamento per capire tutto quello che le istruzioni (anche in inglese) non spiegano.

I purchased a G6 gimbal and some other accessories from FeiyuTech's online store on 13/4 and in checkout process it was stating clearly that the items will be shipped from EU warehouse(i live in EU) without VAT & customs fees and the estimated shipping time is 3-5days.

After a couple of days i received an e-mail with the tracking number of my order and i realized that the items have been shipped from HK.

I contacted immediately FeiyuTech to ask them why they shipped from HK instead of EU and inform them that i am not willing to pay any custom fees.
FeiyuTech's reply was "It was not possible to send the items from EU warehouse, do not worry we will refund you the amount that you will pay for customs".

First of all, the delivery time was not as described as the items delivered on 17/5, which caused me a lot of problem as i wanted them earlier for a project that i had to do.

Also, the custom fees were 105,27euro. I informed FeiyuTech the same day about the amount that they need to refund and they replied that the refund will be completed in 2-3 days.
Until now (16days later) i still have not received any refund from them although i have sent them several e-mails.

The way this company treats their customers is unacceptable and fully unprofessional.

I recommend you before buy something from them to think it carefully!!!
